I got to play in an online 5 Special tournament yesterday, the first I think I've done since 2018 and went 2-2 which isn't bad considering I've only really been back playing the game for about a week now.
 
If anyone plays or wants to even learn the game, I say let's give it a go. I've decided to learn Ukyo, so I'm in noob territory again. I actually started out as an Ukyo "main" when I first started playing (and didn't know what I was doing lol) but gravitated to Amakusa for whatever reason. a
I came back deciding to play Kazuki since I play him in 2019 but he's different 5Sp and not as much fun as Ukyo is.
 
Either way, we should get another lobby going sometime soon.

Made girlfriend sea salt and dark chocolate chip cookies to celebrate her recent promotion. She was hired as a TA for a special needs pre-school back in October and she was just promoted to Lead Teacher of her own class room at the beginning of the month. 
 
We’ve just been super busy lately and we’re finally able to catch our breath and chill today. So I made her breakfast in bed (egg in a hole, apple cinnamon muffins and some yogurt with fruit) and then made cookies for her after dinner. Which was shrimp and spinach Alfredo.

I can understand wanting it all at once but there is something to be said with the episode a week format that's undeniable and that's the "water cooler" discussion.  There's a ton of people talking about Xmen 97's 5th episode right now and it definitely is generating more buzz than it probably ever would have if everything had dropped at once.

It is, by far, the mildest shade that one could cast at my father, lol.  Somebody on here once replied to one of my stories about him that he sounded more like a Grand Theft Auto character than a real person, and honestly that's pretty accurate.
 
Plenty of stuff, really.  But I guess what I'm trying to say is that the delta between bad pho and good pho is huge, and the best pho is at least in the conversation to be better than the best ramen.  

So one of my dad's plethora of ex-wives was evacuated from the roof of the Saigon embassy as a kid back during the Vietnam war.
