  1. I'd be lying if I said it didn't cross my mind however, I chuckled and didn't submit a complaint via Twitter/X, This is truly a coincidence but hey, it's patched out.
  2. Stellar Blade Embargo lifted Digital Foundry Gamespot Seems to be summed up as "great technical performance/good game".
  3. Have a safe trip. Japan is on my bucket list. Speaking of that . . . are there any places or things that are on your bucket list that you've crossed off? One of those for me was going to Hawaii. My wife and I spent a week in Maui. It's one of the few places I have visited that I want to revisit.
  4. I have Springer (who is coincidentally the retool). Easily one of the best Transformers ever made. Sandstorm could legit get a black repaint and be a Batman figure.
  5. Pusha-T practically had a diss EP lined up if Drake tried again. Drake really should not do this. . . but he gonna try with Kendrick. Kendrick gonna release hell upon that man.
  6. So a diss track from Drake dissing Kendrick Lamar leaked . . . and then Rick Ross came from the top ropes Drake should know better than to diss actual rappers. You get "The Story of Adidon" That one track alone was enough to tell my man to never do that again. How does someone bully you into fatherhood?
  7. Next MPG - SUPER GINRAI (AKA Powermaster Optimus Prime) https://news.tfw2005.com/2024/04/09/transformers-masterpiece-mpg-9-super-ginrai-official-stock-images-508385 My inner child -
  8. Came down from the Triangle to do the Cooper River Bridge Run. This has gotta be one of the coldest race days in memory. My "time" today is gonna suck 🤣.
  9. Stellar Blade's Demo is pretty great. It's textbook example of how to do it.
  10. No one has sympathy for him in that sense. He was properly stopped. With proper suspicion of a DUI, all that was needed was a breathalyzer (since he wasn't committing to a FST) and document that for the record. I don't see anything stating his BAC in the transcript of the deposition nor the report. It's certainly plausible, but again, why not dump that out too. If that was the case, why open a container and plant it in the car? Refusing the test just because is his right. You could be sober as a nun and refuse the test. The real question is why didn't they get his BAC if he smelled like alcohol. Speaking from my experience working in roadway safety, when arrested, as part of the booking process, the BAC is recorded at the time. There is often a breathalyzer available in the field or at the precinct. She didn't. Again I won't say he deserves sympathy for the stop. He was driving suspended. However, if an officer who upholds the law plants evidence to support their position ON VIDEO, there is something to be had for obstructing the process. Him having a suspended license has nothing to do with the matter at hand. and then the department did something brilliant . . . they made a post about this on Twitter stating they didn't see any wrongdoing. They are creating settlement fodder.
  11. Oh, so do the plot that people were actually interested in back in 2015. Cool . . . but why especially given how things "wrap up" for one character.
  12. He may still get charged for the suspension . . . but everything else. . . .
  13. Not sure what context was missed. It's honestly one of the more straightforward videos. Regardless of whether he was drunk, she lied on the report, stating that Riley had another open container when she was the person who created it. She did not do herself any favors by opening a sealed container and then placing it back in the car and then stating that it was open ON VIDEO. I haven't had any success finding the full traffic stop, but here is Officer Oliver's full deposition on the matter at hand. An abbreviated version of the deposition showing that Officer Oliver stating "she didn't remember" multiple times during the deposition It'll likely fall into the fruit of the poisonous tree doctrine. https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/fruit_of_the_poisonous_tree
  14. One is random, two is a coincidence, and three is a pattern. Congrats sir! Best parental truth I've been told so far - "Children ruin your life in the best way" Every month it becomes more and more true. I have less time while simultaneously realizing how much time I do have. I can't think of what my world would be without him.
  15. The first good uses I've heard about Coke is cleaning toilets and battery terminals.
  16. That said, there are elements of efficiency that happen over time.
  17. CvS2 is probably my favorite fighter. The "FINEST KO" amped up the finish.
  18. Personally, I'd swap 1 and 2. Now, with Aliens 3, is that the director's cut or the original?
  19. Tell me I'm not the only one who hears it. . . . Have a listen 🤣 Yeah . . . that second trailer showed that it was going to completely miss any real nuance with the "romance" plot. I immediately lost interest.
  20. DARK BRANDON STRIKES AGAIN!!!!! Once I saw the second trailer, I knew it was going to be trash. If the premise was actually based on a satirical take on the trope, it could have been great. A good modern example is "The Blackening".
