I have a super rough time setting *that* up because keeping track of both while planting targets without getting hit is tough.

Nice work.  You guys are all getting pretty good times.  I've played for three hours each night since release so that's about 15 hours and I feel like I still have a bunch of exploring to do.  Albeit a chunk of that time has gone to retrying EMMI zones after getting got and a couple boss fights, and looking at the map.  I wonder how much in-game time I'm at.  Is there a way to check?

Pretty much. I had a lot less issues with the EMMI when I decided to just book it.
 
Taking my time and exploring comes after I bust their heads open like coconuts. The cloak is just for the times they pretty much already spawn on your way and you need to buy some time while they move out.

Yeah, I don't have Gravity Suit yet and this one has been giving me the most trouble.

Purple is definitely on some shit especially if you don't have the gravity suit.  The moment you step into the zone it's like touching a spider web.  He's immediately on you and then you try to hid and hope he goes away but it doesn't matter cause the moment you move AT ALL it knows you're there.
Edit:  eventually I had to just be like fuck it and just go for running foe it and I eventually made it.

Pretty sure tapping aim makes it not only faster but even earlier, so the game is officially broken now. 🤣

Btw, for those who want to Air Spark. Y+B cancels the spin jump and goes straight into spark. Eaaaaaasy money.

Not sure, I think Urien would be a good fit based on the way he chucks his fireball and his walk animation. Samus is over 6' tall, so that would fit too.

Ha, I knew it was a secondary window to escape an EMMI, cuz Samus will attempt a kick if you press the counter button again after missing the first, that vid proves what I thought. One day im gonna intentionally try it to see if I can nail it atleast once 🤔

I mean I had a feeling that there was a second parry window but I have yet to hit that one so I thought it was just futile.  Also the fact of how they vary the timings for the parry shown in that vid means if you are purposefully getting caught by an EMMI then you are literally playing russian roullette.

I know the original game and Samus being a woman was heavily inspired by Alien. It could make a great film but it needs the right people. Unfortunately there is a 99.99999% chance they'd fuck it up.
