Perhaps this is really, a very smart move. He could sue Ttump after and potentially get upto $350 million in return. -

The DBFZ General: v3 SSGSS Edition (NOT CLICKBAIT)

I completely agree, I'm not holding my breath for them to put rollback in anytime soon (if ever), I'm enjoying my time with Melty anyway. The game is pretty much perfect at what it setout to achive, the gameplay & mechanics, the visuals & interactions. The ref to the shows, both old and new, like when SSJ Vegeta does a finial flash on Majin Buu and then does the, "I'm going to hell alone..." line, the respect to the material deserves the admin fee alone. Yeah, there's definatly going to be a follow up. Personally, I hope it's Dragon Ball Vs another franchise, like Naruto, Bleach, My Hero or even Demon Slayer. That way you'll have another audience and a fresh bill of characters to draw from. -
The DBFZ General: v3 SSGSS Edition (NOT CLICKBAIT)

For me, I would say, Trunks as anchor, 21 on point with assists 21 A, 17 B & Trunks B. I find that 17 and 21 work a lot better with assists, especially if you want to get the max damage out of them. Plus they have much better corner carry with beam assists, 21 can pretty much get you from corner to the corner off a 2L starter combo. If you're better with 17, then you might want change Trunks a A, to help hide your rekka mix ups. It also depends on your play style, I'm a more defensive player and had many 1 vs 3 comebacks with Trunks. One of the beautys of DBFZ, eps after the latest patch, pretty much any team works, you just have to taylor it a little to your play style. Having said all that, I haven't played much recently, after Strive's netcode, it's really hard to go back. DBFZ with rollback... one day... one day... -

Gio, with a bit of I-No on the side. They got some nice buffs, mainly indirectly. Gio can now punish fireballs a lot easier, without committing to her spiral arrow and comfirming her jH with jD is great. I-No's 5S is really good now, but she has very low damage and I'm not a fan of diagonal air dash. Coming from +R I-No, it feels like she's had her legs cut off. Please bear in mind that I'm an average player, at best, I hang around floors 7-8. With that being said, if this is Arc Sys's vision for the game, then it's not for me. I what to fight against the whole of the cast just half and I want lose because I made the wrong choice not to the other character's BS. Also, some more fuel for my fire:

For those who don't think that Ram is broken... (For thoses who don't know, this is a reversal super, that hit about 2/3rds of the screen and is 236236 input, so it can be done from block...) I've given the new patch about a week to see if I'm OK with it. The system mechanic changes are great and help to improve the game, but the gap between Sol, Ram, Nargo (lesser extend Leo and May) and the rest, is just too big for me. So having said that, I'm out, I'm going back to Melty, until this is sorted.

My Japanese is a little rusty, but I think this shows how shield is going to work: Moon skill and Moondrive: Rapid Beat:
-
I think I'm going to find it hard to resist Kohaku's laugh and Mario run... It's also nice to see gamplay where the wake up isn't 90% moondrive, shield.
-
Whoa Roa: Also more gameplay footage: Having watched more of the footage, one of things I've noticed was that the charaters flash red on counter hit and throw. I like this, it's a bit more subtle than the Strive system. Marjin Obama has a nice breakdown of the gameplay. From this it seems moondrive is like a PRC and blood heat is more like sparking blast but with burst elements.
-
More match footage. The more I see of this game, the more I'm hyped for it. Everyone seems crazy, but you seem to get at least 2 "bursts" a round which means it kind of cancel it out a bit. Ciel reminds me of Linne, Arcuied of Wagnar and Kohaku just looks nuts. So these will be first for me try out. The movement speed looks similar to Under Night.

Pfff, we all know the phrase... No drip, means it's sh*t... I think this might show one of the next character reveal.

This is a day one purchase for me. If the mechanics and gameplay are anything like Under Night, then it should be worth the asking price. Even just to do the single player stuff. Really hope that they've had a nice word with Arc Sys about the netcode though. I'm not too fussed about the colour customisation, but it's a nice thing to have. I hope the player base is big enough to get some games in every week.
