  1. From my understanding, there are two people that work on these mods. One for the models, and the other for the moveset. He was joking with me about putting Rufus into sfv and adding the season 1 chun li boob jiggle physics to his belly.
  2. So I guess my friend from back in the day actually worked on that Dudley mod. A little glimpse into the future shh 😃 https://steamusercontent-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/2478744004130790806/C243967221BEA05010BDF2BFDDEFFD5591C9ACC3/
  3. I currently live where Joyner Lucas is from and I've never heard so many people diss their own as they have with him LOL
  4. The PC version of 30th anniversary is very close to arcade perfect. The console versions of 30th were met with mixed reception. The online was ass but as far as using it for offline, it was good and has been endorsed as being legit.
  5. Friend and I used to call the Nintendo support line to prank call them but they ended up being really chill lol
  6. Per random fightcade users (both good and bad players), the console port of 30th is considered to be "slow" and "feels off." I have never had a solid explanation as to why 30th anniversary is reviled so much for offline 3s. The 30th anniversary port is allowed by Jazzy Circuit, the grassroots 3s tournament series ran by the most dedicated 3s players. In terms of port quality, it is very good compared to every other port. 3s online edition is also pretty good but there are some issues with the balancing and the game running too fast. Yun's genei jin not scaling properly is one of the most glaring problems. Many players consider it to be a different game. Everything else is either too slow, the sound queues are off, or straight up the wrong version of the game. They are also all very old.
  7. All the characters look like clay putty and the UI looks like stock assets. The game should have came out with that cell shading filter tho. Still looks very cool for a fighting game to have that.
  8. Sega also pissed off big devs like EA because I guess the dreamcast was hard to develop for. It used weird, proprietary hardware that wasn't being used for game development. (Someone at Sega was definitely doing someone else a favor in Japan with this decision.) That's the main reason why there was those Sega Sports games.
  9. I distinctly remember thinking as a kid "oh well maybe this game is just shitty the way that sf2 champion edition is shitty compared to later versions." I never played Xmen vs SF on Saturn or arcade up to that point, my first and only impression was from that PS1 version. In fact, the only marvel game I had played was mvc2 LOL
  10. PS1 Xmen vs Street Fighter frame drops are legendary. The game would really begin to chug when two Juggernauts played.
  11. Chun f+hk and Ryu hadoken both traded, Ryu died. This is before the ko screen appears.
  12. Are you playing in ranked when this is happening or is this happening all the time? When my execution starts being shitty, I go play arcade mode or battlehub, something where there is no pressure in dropping things. You might be subconsciously psyching yourself out.
  13. So the funny thing about parry in 3s is that if more than one hit connects within a certain amount of frames, the game will automatically parry the 2nd hit without any additional input (as you probably already knew.) This is evident in parrying Remy's SA1. When he tells us to listen to the timing of the inputs, there are too many inputs LOL It's still tricky to get out of the unblockable setup but a lot of the time you downparry on wakeup to parry the first hit of aegis (which sometimes leads to autoparry of the second hit, in this case f+mk) and then utilize the screen freeze to make a decision of what to do next. Parry always has been and always will be scrubby. Coming from me, a man who played 3rd strike, married a 3rd strike player, had 3rd strike themed wedding invitations, and continues to enjoy playing/dunking on 3rd strike.
  14. I thought sf6 used RE engine? Or are you just speaking generally?
  15. It still costs more to develop patches separately over a longer period of time rather than release something all at once.
  16. I wonder if they will release Akuma first and then wait a month or two for a patch to see how he plays out. Putting multiple patches out costs money though so most likely not...
  17. When I was a kid, I had hockey skates that were rusted. I used coke on them and it came right off lol
