Loved it too. I honestly went in with only the most basic knowledge of Fallout and fairly low expectations and now it’s probably my favorite show from Amazon. Really well done.

    Damn.
Fallout was great from start to finish.
    Loved every aspect of it.

My only complaint was the lack of glitches to stay true to the games.

I loved Frieren. It's still really early, but I honestly think it may be my favorite anime now. I had read the manga before the anime came out and I was glad to see the anime do such an amazing job of translating the manga to an anime.

I'm probably super late on this one. I don't really post in this thread and I haven't really been watching much anime recently. That said, I saw one that I thought was really good.  Frieren: Beyond Journey's End. Typically the story follows the hero as they "slay the demon king". But this one centers on what happens after. It's told from the perspective of Frieren. She's the Elven Mage of the party and due to her long life she has a far different concept of time than other party members. Her party members were Himmel the Hero (Human), Heiter the Corrupt Priest (Human), and Eisen the Warrior (Dwarf).

To make a long story short, Frieren regrets not taking the time to get know her party, Himmel in particular, better. I can't really get into it any further without spoiling things. But if you haven't, the series is really worth checking out. It's does an excellent job of story telling.  The way their able to....hm. can't say much with spoiling. Well, if you have seen it let me know what you think.

Oh yeah I'm looking forward to that with Baldur's Gate.....

I finally got to the point where the mystery of "Dark Urge" is revealed (act 3).  The downside here for me is that the air of mystery in a story always makes things more interesting, imo... I suppose the player's imagination can still always just fill in the blanks or pretend it's something else going on with your character's backstory.

On another character that's STILL in the Underdark of act 1(!)... I ran into some other robot "Bernard" apparently powered by magical energy that spoke in poems or literature references, something like that... for some reason it started a fight so of course....had to kill them.  Forcing some big fall-damage via "repelling" Eldritch Blast is always satisfying... in the combat log it showed it took 29 bludgeoning damage from the fall....heh, of course it didn't survive that....it was quite a long way down for that bot.  The other "animated armor" enemies in the area were light work in comparison; they had no chance.

I actually watched the Nintendo Indie and held out hope for a release date hahahaha. At least Hades 2 looks like it's shaping up well. They had a 3 hour stream of the game today.

The only rewriting of history going on there is saying MHA made anime mainstream.

I had no clue who that was and had to look it up. I can't believe all of the stuff I've missed. Tempted to do an evil run to get Minthara.

You can actually get Minthara without an evil run now.

Baldur's Gate---so I fought this robot called "Grym"... it's such a ridiculous character and fight... but easily beatable via a gimmick of pushing a lever so a giant hammer device smashes down, crushing him for 150 damage a hit....he has "only" 300 so once he gets smacked 2 times with that it's done.  However... the crazy thing is that he's borderline invincible to everything unless you make sure the lava is still in the area so he's "superheated" and as a result... vulnerable....otherwise he's super-resistant or flat out immune to about every form of damage.  Even with the gimmick I still just barely made it through that nonsense.  This is worth it though, because you get 875 exp for killing it.  He summons those little demons called "mephit" as well so that's even more exp.... my warlock already had "haste" cast on him by Gale so all of those little guys were easily destroyed by my 2 actions = 4 Eldritch Blast beams...they didn't even get a chance to fly over and do anything.

Yea there's a lot of bullet bleeding together, the bosses are massive and eat up so much screen space, hit boxes on everything are massive, bullets are really fast.

Tatsujin Oh translates to Expert King/Emperor and Toaplan really went for it when making the game, its for experts. It's so fucking hard. I'm really hoping the future M2 Shottriggers for Toaplan games has settings to tone it down like most of their games do because it's just so fuckung brutal.

Watching the preview clip on Steam along with a youtube playthrough and it's really tough for me to make out some of the enemy bullets from your own attack.

On another note, after playing through P3 Reload for awhile, I restarted BG3. I kept reading all of Millions posts and it motivated me to finish up Act 3. I'm not sure how much I have left, but I feel like I've knocked out a large chunk of the main content.
