Been doing the 5x5 stronglifts program for about a month with a friend. A month ago he was complaining that we started with too light a weight, but that stuff adds up quick. We are about a workout or two away from doing the big boy plates aka 45lbs in squats, bench press and deadlifts which will be a first for me. Now my problem is eating enough food consistently. Shakes are my go-to, but damn does it get old drinking that sludge sometimes.
