Been doing the 5x5 stronglifts program for about a month with a friend. A month ago he was complaining that we started with too light a weight, but that stuff adds up quick. We are about a workout or two away from doing the big boy plates aka 45lbs in squats, bench press and deadlifts which will be a first for me. Now my problem is eating enough food consistently. Shakes are my go-to, but damn does it get old drinking that sludge sometimes.

I'm went back on a diet on Monday. Lost 35lbs last year. I was good for about 6 months, put 30lbs of it back on this year. I'm tired of looking like SFV Birdie, I want to be Alpha Birdie 😉

I worked in a call center back in the day. One of the calls I got was from a Kim Long Dong. It took everything I had not to start laughing. As soon as the call was over, I lost my shit though LMAO.

So I went to see Deadpool 2 yesterday. I thought it was just as good as the first one, which is something not a lot of sequels seem to be nowadays. 

So there's Synthwave x Metal crossover album that's pretty cool. Bunch of Synth/Darkwave artists covering tracks from metal bands. Turns out a Synthwave band I know of covered one of my favourite Burzum tracks, one that's not actually black metal or even metal itself.

Let me give a little story. 
 
One of my all time favorite manga is Death Note and I was just about finished with it not knowing the ending. The manga had me hooked and I wanted it end a certain way. I was also really into Hip-Hop back then and read allot of XXL (Hip-Hop mag). Now you might be saying "well Twin, those two things have nothing to do with each other". And you'd be right 99% of the time. Except for the 1 time the one fucking time...... 
 
 
So I'm reading the newest edition of XXL and I'm reading the opening article from the editor. He's talking about stuff and blah blah and....

I remember being there a long time ago.  When I was in Navy "A" school, there was a ferry that went from  basically our front door to Fisherman's Wharf.  This was back before the seals would snatch up unsuspecting tourists.

Have you guys ever been to San Francisco? I was there this past weekend and it was the tits mcgee! It was my second time there and we were better organized so things flowed a lot better. One thing that really stood out was the fact that street vendors would try to sell you joints and alcohol at the park and the cops didn't really give a fuck.
