So Forbes confirmed recently what everyone knew.
That Antman 3 and The marvels combined had a cost of 760 million dollars, this is just production costs btw, with the costs of marketing bringing them to around 1 billion, if not way over.

Their combined total box office was 682 million dollars with 50% more or less going to disney, leaving a loss of 421 million dollars .

The UK tax credits gave them back 124 million dollars, so they were still left on the red.

WTF is happening with the entertainment industry in general, we have been seeing this on movies, series, gaming, people going waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay over what could be considered a reasonable budget for their projects with diminishing returns each time.

@HecatomIt's a combination of poor planning, throwing money at the issue to compensate for the lack of planning, no one watching the books, making a product no one wants/overspending on a project with a niche audience.

The Ultimates is the best comic going at Marvel now. Definitely pushing the political and ethical nuances and boundaries of our society like Hickman initially was doing with the Krakoan Era of X-Men
