I've only watched 3-4 eps of the new Animaniacs and I actually find it pretty humorous which I was surprised that I would.  They've taken probably at least 3 blatant shots at Trump.

Everything other than that is a snorefest for the most part.     I was trying to get to the anime scenes I saw on twitter but i couldn't make it.  Doesn't help that all it was so far in the first 3 eps was just the warners and pinky and the brain.  No goodfeathers which was always my favorite and pinky and brain are kind of lame now but still the more funny most of the shit the warners do.

I think you must have stopped right before you got to that episode because I saw that ep.  It's the episode involving 'buns' lmao.  It took me a moment to realize what they were actually a stand in for and then they completely confirm it at the end lol.

It's okay so far...Pink and the Brain is more funnier...the Warners having to carry mush of the episodes makes it feel hollow. losing the other characters hurts this IMO.

I miss the Goodfeathers and Slappy so maybe if this is successful they'll bring more of them in next season.  Someone on facebook told me that they explain what happened to the other characters in the show later but I don't know how exactly yet.

Well I don't have facebook so do tell good sir. I might guess but I forgot as I haven't been keeping track of this show during development.

Totally not a must watch for me like Harley Quinn was, and speaking of DC stuff, why did they cancel Black Lightning when it had all that chocolate goodness on it?

Can't ever let us have anything man, I swear.    But I guess they think they doing us a flavor by making Batwoman black and keeping that dumpster fire show going.   Foh

I haven't kept up with Black Lightning but that's sad to hear it's gone now... some of the girls on there was smokin hot fine ass.  It also featured a cameo from my honey Andy Allo in season 2...she was one of the girls the lesbo sister was messing around with....that's one hell of a fine sandwich to fantasize about right there.

I'm curious to see the new version of Batwoman though.  One of the many silly things about it is if the new girl has had absolutely no background fight training/experience....it would be quite a tough sell to have the audience believe a "regular" woman can routinely beat up a whole room of armed thugs like "Bat family" characters are known and expected to do.

*I finished watching Lifeforce, finally... understandably most people only remember that early part of the film due to the insanely hot Mathilda May walking around butt-ass naked the whole time.  The rest of the film showed this concept/plot of "space vampires" has such interesting potential, imo... I'd love to see a new version of this with a big budget done in modern times.  However, the downside of that ---we all know that there would be no full nudity from the female space vamp in the beginning, since movies and shows tend to shy away from that now due to Hollywood being mostly some lame pansy ass chumps....can't have "gratuitous nudity" anymore; a lot of folks out there in entertainment think a nude or nearly nude beautiful woman is somehow a bad thing that must NOT be shown in movies, shows or even video games anymore.

The "space vamps" in particular = They're ok.  The concept and potential is interesting, at least.  I think the film downplayed how difficult it should be to kill them.  One interesting ability they had is possession.  Mathilda May's character at least could take full control of other people's bodies through a psychic invasion of the person's mind.  She was in the body of another woman and then a dude (Patrick Stewart!) while her actual body was somewhere else.  Also, they don't appear to need blood at all... as you can see right on the cover-art and the title itself, they consume your soul.  I would imagine they have some degree of superhuman strength, but that's not really shown off in the movie.

ha, but yeah Mathilda is all anyone really remembers about this movie...seriously one of THE finest girls of the 80s right there.

edit---haha I had to search for quite a while to find a trailer that didn't show the titties:

Ah, this guy has a review/vid on it

80's movies had the best life energy. They just felt better. 90's movies were similar but not as good. Things went really downhill in the early 2000's. Everything went downhill in the early 2000's. I think things are finally going up though since we are now entering the Golden Age and leaving the Iron Age. We are in a transition period.

I made a PowerShell script to sort my porn just now. It'll take folders in an "inbox" folder and send them to specified locations depending on whatever token I put at the beginning of a filename. I've never been so proud and ashamed of how I just spent a block of time.

At least I can copy and retool it to do the same with regular videos too.

@MillionXLifeforce has always been of my favorites. Yes Mathilda May was hotter than summer in the Sahara but that movie was just good. I saw in the first time in 1994, Ms. May caught my eye but the movie's concept and plot kept my attention. I've seen the movie a few times since then, including earlier this year, and it still holds up. Practical effects simply hold up better over time than CGI. They just don't make movies like that anymore.

Side note: Patrick Stewart is the film.

Edit: I guess the movie isn't the only thing that's holding up well. Not bad for being 55.

Although CBS said 12 hours, some sources have said 14 hours so I choose 14 FYI.

It's finally happening. They've been trying to build this shit for over 5 years now. Probably had to come up with traffic routines 5 years in advance for exactly this reason.

You should see the lines here at Chick Fil A and Dutch Bros man. This was inevitable. 🤣

Link to comment

12 hours?  How in the world is a fast food place worth all that time?  The longest lines I've seen in recent time was Chick Fil-A, but even that's nowhere near a 12-hour wait....on a busy lunch-hour the line might kinda hang out of the parking lot a bit but y'know...it's still reasonable to get your food and start eating before the lunch hour is over.

Actually, there's no place that comes to mind that is worth a 12-hour wait...not even my most favorite places.  When a line is even close to being that insane I'll just go elsewhere.... especially for anything from the "fast food" category.

haha it also just reminded me of the crazy hype over that Popeye's chicken sandwich....there was no way in the world I was going to deal with the chaos of your average Popeye's drive-thru at that time.  You'd think this was some truly magical food item that was granting people supernatural powers the way some people were acting.

...I've still been avoiding fried chicken anyway though.  Fortunately I like the other chicken options about as much as fried... for me, grilled or baked is about on the same level or better sometimes than fried.

man, I was already not getting a PS5 at launch, but this makes me wipe my brow with relief.

sorry to any of you or your families and/or friends who got screwed.

You can't get screwed by Amazon. You just git them up and say "Hey I didn't order Catfood." And they send you a return labor and then send the proper item out. You just have to wait a little longer.

From the looks of it, it may not be Amazon itself, but the drivers.  Also, I Hope you didn't need it by any special date, like someone's birthday........or Christmas.  Double hope the thing shows up at all if it happens that they are now out of that particular thing.

@AriesWarlockYo wrap your ear pussy 'round this, might be up your alley.

Thanks. I saw the cover some days ago, the Asian vampire floating head caught my attention. Just checked out the first song, it's good, intense.

Speaking of new music, I saw this black/speed album come out recently. It's fast and dark and thrashing

Like some black/speed metal bands, this one is also a one-man thing. I am really liking it. Look at that cover lol

ha, now I'm checking out "Night Shift" on hbomax... it took a while to remember what this is... but I remember it only because there's a NICE little panty scene on Shelley Long in this film.  I vaguely remember recording that 1 scene back in the day.

Now, as some already know, she doesn't really have an ass... but a good panty shot really goes a long way for me.  It is forever my krptonite....I can't help it. 😳  Edit---panty scene starts around the 37 minute mark, btw.

*some big names in this one for the time-- it stars Michael Keaton ...(back when he was a comedic actor... I actually miss that.) and Henry "Fonz!" Winkler, and the aforementioned Shelley Long.  It's also directed by Ron Howard.

So, females are really this bold on these dating apps, huh? All these “requirements” while having multiple kids AND being pregnant at the same time? Wow.

I've been trolling dating apps for a few months to get weekend dates and the big problem I have is women not looking like their profile pictures.

I had the desire to hear this classic jam (and see the video) about both Phil and Wings of Redemption once again, and sure enough it's still out there on youtube... this dude made something special when he put this together, seriously:

*and yep, I actually do have this gold in my music collection
