Should I be worried with Starro that the Squad is facing another threat outside their "weight class" again? I don't know a lot about Starro or Suicide Squad, but it seems he has powers above what they can handle. It's not the gap between them and Enchantress, but still noticeable.

It has everything to do with this. You specifically quoted me and asked is this where we are getting hyped about D list. The way you worded it implied you thought starro was D list since that's all I said in the quote.

I'm curious how the movie will handle it. Yes, Starro is above the squad's weight class but I doubt they will fight the thing. They Starro wreck shit while they complete their objective or get the fuck out. Let's be real, Amanda Waller ain't type to give a shit that a monster is fucking up a South American country.

Is this where we are with DC Movies? Is the bar really this low? Getting Hype about D list And below DC characters being in movies and making cameos?

Majority of the DC movies are such ass, including anything Snyder has touched.
Let them have this piece of mediocrity, this is like refusing to give starving homeless children food only because it's McDonalds instead of a proper meal

Maggie Gyllenhaal was a worse choice than even Mrs. Cruise the Third.

Casting her, and killing Harvey, hurt the overall product, making it less than the immaculate Batman Experience it could have been.

She made her own character's summary murder much more palatable, though.

My bad I think it was alphacharlie now that I remember correctly

Why were you even reading what Alpha Charlie ever have to say. His angry "how starwars is ruined" rants run longer than all the star wars and star trek media put together, films, shows, cartoons, tv specials, books, comics, video games, crossovers, everything.

Then he wants to link us to watch stupid angry video rants from a doom wannabee who's videos are 10 times longer than the media he wanted to mock.

He also payed only double the MSRP for a NES classic, then he did it again for the shit European version.

According to sources, WB allegedly said New Gods was canceled specifically due to Darkseid appearing in Snyder Cut and they wanted to space his appearances out....and this is why Marvel keeps beating them in movies 🤦🏾‍♂️

Joss Whedon Allegedly Threatened Gal Gadot’s Career Amid Clash During Justice League Reshoots

Joss Whedon, who oversaw reshoots on 2017’s Justice League after original director Zack Snyder stepped down, reportedly had a major clash with Gal Gadot on set.

The details emerged in a Hollywood Reporter interview with Cyborg actor Ray Fisher, who tweeted last year about Whedon’s allegedly “gross, abusive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable” conduct on the set of Justice League.

Fisher declined to comment on the tension between Gadot and Whedon, instead speaking about his own issues with the director, but a “knowledgable source” involved in the production told THR that the Wonder Woman star had a major battle with Whedon as well.

According to the report, Gadot had “issues about her character being more aggressive than her character in Wonder Woman. She wanted to make the character flow from one movie to the next.”

Sources said the “biggest clash” came when Whedon pushed Gadot to record lines of dialogue she didn’t like, threatened to harm Gadot’s career, and disparaged Wonder Woman director Patty Jenkins.

A witness on the production who later spoke to investigators said that after one argument, “Joss was bragging that he’s had it out with Gal. He told her he’s the writer and she’s going to shut up and say the lines and he can make her look incredibly stupid in this movie.”

Gadot and Jenkins reportedly issued their complaints to then-Warners chairman Kevin Tsujihara. Gadot said in a statement to THR, “I had my issues with [Whedon] and Warner Bros. handled it in a timely manner.”

Over the past year, Fisher has been speaking out against both Whedon and Warner Bros. executives, lobbying complaints about the way he was treated by Whedon and how Warners failed to address the situation properly.

A new point of contention mentioned by THR was Whedon forcing Fisher’s Cyborg to use the word “booyah” as his catchphrase. “It seemed weird to have the only Black character say that,” Fisher told the publication, noting that none of the other characters had catchphrases.

Last month, HBO Max released Snyder’s original cut of Justice League, which did away with Whedon’s retooling of the film and restored Snyder’s vision.
