Play Gravity Circuit if you like MMX and MMZ. Easily the best MM styled game that doesn't have Capcom's name on it. It's dirt cheap on Steam right now, and can run on a potato.

I picked up a physical copy of Gravity Circuit in 2024 after playing the digital version. It reminds me of the MMX titles while still being it's own thing. And the soundtrack? FULL of bangers. Yeah, any fan of MM, Classic, X or Z should def play Gravity Circuit.

Speaking of games like MM, Berserk Boy also has heavy MMX/MMZ vibes taken to 11.

I saw it on the eShop so Switch owners won't miss out. Pretty sure it's on Steam too. I'm waiting for the physical to drop. If you need another reason to check the game out, Tee Lopes did the soundtrack.

UDON really needs to put the Mega Man Megamix and Gigamix mangas back in circulation. Sure, there are those color volumes of the Mastermix editions, but those are only a small portion of Hitoshi Ariga's MM manga. I've got all three volumes of Megamix and the 3 volumes of Gigamix, but I'm sure other fans are missing out on them since those suckers haven't been in print for a hot frickin' minute.

Speaking of MM manga, Little Mega Man (currently at 2 volumes) is a hoot. It's a gag manga where it looks like Roll is the only sane character. Proto Man communicates through whistles and Dr. Light's old college buddies are out for revenge because he was more popular than them in school. There is a Robot Called Comfy Chair Man. No, I'm not making that up.

Mr. Mega Man sees Mega Man as a dentist and the other Robot Masters also have jobs. Cut Man is a barber and Top Man is... an online influencer. The same manga team that does Little Mega Man also works on Mr. Mega Man.

I wish we got a Steam port of Mega Man Powered Up. I mean, I could just emulate it, but all the same.

That and we need Powered Up 2.

Dust Man's level in Mega Man III (Rockman World 3) is one of the levels I hate the most.

I finished Mega Man 5 for the first time with the Falcon Armor and the Gaea Armor. The Falcon Armor's flight ability is OP AF. That alone makes it one of the best X armor sets. The Gaea Armor was a pain to get and I needed it to get a few Heart Tanks. It came in clutch for Zero Stage 2 boss but give me the Fourth Armor and Falcon Armor any day. Oh and the Ultimate Armor is sick. Worth going through Zero Stage with no armor to get it.

I haven't played X5 since the MMX Collection. Yet, I can still remember those Guns 'n Roses names. Izzy Glow. The Skiver. Duff McWhalen, Grizzly Slash. Squid Addler (I hate the first part of his level)
