MillionX Posted July 12 Posted July 12 The Deck Wizard channel has been showing vids of how certain games look and run on the Steam Machine lately.... BG3's city areas were a thing I was curious about: (that later part of the game regularly has a LOT of npcs onscreen basically all the time + much more complex area/geometry of a big city environment) I was finally in the Act 3 city area on my Steam Deck version of the game and on the Deck it's looking rough for sure....good to see the "Machine" handles that so much better with things actually looking good. He grows out of it as the story progresses. Ok well that's the versions I played so it's the one I'm gonna judge, where Yusuke is an asshole. Them toning it down sounds like more accurately translating so damned if you damned if you dont it seems lol. I'll wait to see what actually happens but both Yusuke and Teddy could be reigned in (Teddy more then others) and I would consider it a win. Edited July 12 by RSG3 Quote
MillionX Posted July 12 Posted July 12 back to one of my favorites of all time--- Bayonetta...of course after such a long time away, the skills were rusty to say the least...and my save was right at a part where I ran into that deadly combo of Grace & Glory....I still remember that duo as the most feared enemies in the whole game, at least for me...never to be taken lightly. I got back in the mood generally from my random shuffle hitting a few music tracks from the game recently... ...also had to check it again just now; that final battle between Bayonetta and Jeanne in part 1... it is a masterpiece...everything about it....words can't do it justice... Hecatom Posted July 13 Posted July 13 Holy shit, I wasnt aware that Daemon Bride was made available on PC via steam by Team Arcana, previously known as Examu. I assume that since it was released on december 30th 2025, it got lost in the holiday news. It is currently at 10 buck for anyone interested or that likes the Examu's idiosyncrasies. What I am surprised to find is that my broski @Psychoblue has run a tournament for it, lol. Quote
