DangerousJ Posted June 16, 2018 Posted June 16, 2018 (edited) Given how much TF stuff I post in the Saloon thread, some probably think this is unnecessary, but I don't want to spam that thread too much, so here we go. Rules: Be civil and respectful. No nudity,racism/sexism/political discussion. Have fun. Pics , art, video reviews, music, humorous stuff , sales or recommendations are all welcome! Third party bootleg discussion is also allowed. (there's such a wide range of stuff that is cool that many casual fans may not know about) Edited June 16, 2018 by DangerousJ Quote

DangerousJ Posted June 16, 2018 Author Posted June 16, 2018 Cute South American Soda Commercial featuring Optimus and Bumblebee. The special effects look quite good for a Tv commercial. It's sad that a soda commercial has Transformers that look better than a big budget Hollywood film series. Quote
misterBee Posted June 19, 2018 Posted June 19, 2018 I didn't mind you posting in the saloon thread, but this is good too. Always welcome to have your stuff! 😃 KAMALA_FAN111 and DangerousJ 2 Quote
DangerousJ Posted June 20, 2018 Author Posted June 20, 2018 (edited) Since Leonard Nimoy first appeared in Transformers 32 years ago, I suppose this is coming full circle... Star Trek vs Transformers comic mini -series https://io9.gizmodo.com/a-new-idw-comic-is-mashing-up-star-trek-and-transformer-1826960426 Quote io9 can exclusively reveal that this September will see the launch of Star Trek vs. Transformers, a new crossover miniseries from the creative team of writers John Barber and Mike Johnson, alongside artist Philip Murphy and colorist Leonardo Ito. The series—which will run for four issues—is inspired by the aesthetic and continuities from the cartoon iterations of both Trek and Transformers: the 1973 cult classic Star Trek: The Animated Series, and the original 1984 Transformers show. To be honest, I havent watched any of them. MAchinima had made some web shorts for Combiner Wars, Titans Return , and now this line. They are 10 minute shorts and there are around 10 per series. Ive heard that they arent that good in terms, but thery got PEter Cullen and Judd Nelson back. I havent seen any mention that this is a "Canon" storyline in any articles or discussions. Sorry I couldnt help lol KAMALA_FAN111 1 Quote
KAMALA_FAN111 Posted June 22, 2018 Posted June 22, 2018 okay. I didn't think so, but I figured I'd ask. To be honest, they aren't all that good when stacked against G1 Transformers. That horrific "Robots in disguise" shit that came on CN? Yeah. they blow that shit out of the water at least. Come to think of it, I could hand a bag full of oldschool Transformers to a bunch of little kids and they would probably make a better storyline before the end of the day. DangerousJ 1 Quote
