I really love the chars, but man, the fact that the game decided to take some of the worst elements of SF3s and run with them, made it hard for me to jump into the game initially.
At least with the updates, some of those choices were mitigated, but still.
Add the other issues that were mentioned in the video, and is no wonder why it never boomed (as much as a doujin not named melty blood could) here in the west.

(I still bought it for secret game tournaments around here, plus some people on my circle did enjoy playing it casually)

I was legitimately interested in maining half the cast. Game felt great, sounded great.

 

When I heard they pivoted from 3DS to the Vita I knew in that moment the game was dead.
