The Holiday 2022 Deals Thread

With Target, they are offering a Holiday Price Match Guarantee:

What is Target's price match policy?

• Value at Target is about feeling a sense of satisfaction that you paid the right price without sacrificing experience, quality or style.
• We remain focused on simplifying the shopping experience to provide great deals when and where our guests want to shop.

Price Match Guarantee

• We’ll match the price if you buy a qualifying item at Target then find the identical item for less at Target.com, select online competitors, or in Target’s or competitor’s local print ad. Price matches may be requested at time of purchase or within 14 days after purchase. The full list of online competitors (PDF Download) is available online or at Guest Services.
• If you find a current lower price within 14 days after purchase, just bring in the proof and we will adjust your payment to the lower price, upon request. Target store price matches and adjustments are completed at the store on any lane. For Target.com purchases, call Target.com Guest Services at 1-800-591-3869.
• Shop early, shop with confidence this holiday season. Starting October 10, 2021, if you purchase an item in store or online and the price goes lower at Target on or before December 24, 2021, you can request a price match. Proof of purchase is required for price adjustments.

Guidelines and limitations

• The price for an item must be listed and valid at the time of match. We reserve the right to verify a competitor’s advertised price and the availability of the item. If Target is not able to verify the lower price, we may decline the request.
• The item must be the identical item, brand name, size, weight, color, quantity and model number. It must be in stock for shipping and delivery/pickup at the time of Price Match for approved online competitors. It also must be sold and fulfilled by one of these select competitors (PDF Download).
• Offers found on deal websites will be validated at the retailer’s primary website and must meet all other price match criteria.
• Please bring the entire printed ad, or show the online price or digital version of the ad on your mobile device for proof of price. Original receipts or packing slips are required for price adjustments after purchase.
• We match Target.com prices on in-store purchases and in-store prices for Target.com purchases. In-store price matches from other Target stores are excluded.
• When price matching with the Target app, the Target app must be showing the price of the current store location.
• Alaska and Hawaii Target stores are excluded from price matching online competitors.
• No rain checks will be issued for items out of stock at Target or Target.com to match a competitor's price.
• We reserve the right to limit price quantities of price matches per identical item per guest for local and/or online competitor matches.

That's a tough sell given the Pixel 6 is a great device with a $200 delta. If it was $300, it would be a go.

Funnily enough, Target and Best Buy has the Pixel 6 on sale for $550. The price gap isn't huge enough to make it a tempting offer for the 5

I've heard really good things about it. I'm likely gonna grab it.

The real question is if Avegners will be on sale (and worth it) 🤣

I brought Avengers when it went on sale for $20 (sorry @Darc_Requiembut Wankada campaign was too hard to turn down). It's single player campaigns are ok. Multiplayer missions are straight booty. It's worth the $20 if you only do the story missions and not give a fuck creating a build.

Not really a deal per se, but Cheapassgamer has put up their yearly spreadsheet for all the major video games that are on sale and which stores have the cheapest prices for them (Highlighted)

This is for the USA.
