I wish it were on steam or something, it reminds me of this dumb but fun Naruto fighter I played on the gamecube back in the day, mixed with some MvC air combos. Screw SFVI, they should just bring back Rival Schools. Natsu is so tall she's a tall girl 😳

I still can't believe Necalli ended up being as dry as is, gameplay wise and story wise. Ancient warrior Pillar man who can eat hadou? Awesome. Then the story comes along and the craziest thing he did was look like a sheep and then jobbed to Ryu who wasn't even the main character in the story mode. And his gameplay is kinda dry. You'd think a dude with a dunk command grab, Berserker Barrage and SS3 transformation would be super cool but not really. He's solid, sure, but in safest of ways. He's also the first character I've seen, in my personal history of fighting games, where people drop him because he's too boring. That still just baffles me. I've never seen people drop a perfectly solid character like Necalli because he's too vanilla lol. Ahh well.

I like a lot of the SFV newcomers tbh. Sethette and Rashid are the standouts for me personally but I would like to see Abigail, G, Menat and Kolin return. Those characters seem to be well received by the community too (not balance wise, of course).

Hope they start doing Rival Schools crossover skins next. I've been watching matches on Spooky's youtube channel and the game looks OD. So many fun looking characters.

I'm sure Dan will more than make up for the Kage sized hole in the roster, and vice versa

Ahh, that would make sense too, it would explain his crazy red eyed blood lust looking mode from his trailer back in august. Maybe its like when you OD with Aba in XX and you gain some power but you lose the ability to block or something.

Oh shit GO1 using my Nago Nagoriyuki??? edit- wait lmao Nagoriyuki looks sick... he's like Hakumen, Slayer and weirdly Bedman fused. He can send out charging clones of himself to pressure his opponent like Bedman's deja vu and has normals that cover almost as much screen as Faust. He's big too. Not too sure what his blood meter does tho.

Oh thank god they fixed the weird ass moving Burst meter. The HUD in Strive overall looks improved. Still kinda plain, but definitely a LOT better from the earlier footage.
