For those who watched the latest One Piece anime ep 1062. What do you think? As cool as the animation and fight was. I don't really like that it's not grounded in "One Piece Reality" . It's too much ... it's as crazy as DBZ it doesn't represent One Piece at all or what it should be.

Honestly I don't know where this is going in terms of story. Are we really gonna get to see Luffy fight Shanks? Luffy barely beat Kaido. Or are we getting Shanks to job to BB and have Luffy go nuts?

It's hard to say how strong they are now but I suspect that they were at least very strong in their prime. It takes a lot of power to be able to hold people like the Admirals on a leash. Then again maybe Imu is the one who is holding everything together. But now that I think about it, people don't talk a lot about the Gorosei and we never even heard them fighting even in Roger's era... at least from what we know so far. I'm also curious to know what their connection with Shanks is. If they're not intimidated by him, I guess it tells us a bit more about how strong they could be.
