I'm still looking forward to the games but no new info is a really weird choice imo. I wasn't expecting an info dump but dang even a small tease as to what's on the horizon would've been cool. At that rate they just shoulda saved the Ed gameplay reveal for Capcom Cup lol. But the nice thing is that he'll be playable at the event so it'll be awesome to see some hands on.

Ed's SF6 theme seems really cool from the small amount we heard too. German rap is a nice choice. Might end up as my new favorite when the full theme drops. Really looking forward to seeing more from this character, I hope he's playable or something at Capcom Cup next week

SF6 Ed actually reminds me a bit of Dudley. 123 turned into Psycho Blitz which reminds me a lot of Machinegun Blow. And his new Kill Rush command dash is kinda like Dudley's Dashing Straight too. Balrog is probably dissapointed

I agree. I actually like both his fits. Before Mom's Spaghetti was extra appealing because his SFV default was kinda dorky

Jeah wow after seeing SFV I realize him going full boxing actually makes him so much cooler. I actually love what I've seen in SF6 for now. VT1 as his level 2 super was the easiest prediction in the book but man I honestly think his level 1 and 3 (Critical maybe?) are my new favorites. They made Ed flashy as hell. I love this for him

I actually feel like we'll get some kind of Akuma tease at Capcom Cup. Probably nothing big. Then again Capcom has been pretty unpredictable with the dlc characters so far

Jeah, it probably had the sickest grand finals with all the character switching. Honestly Punk's Luke might be the most interesting Luke I've seen, maybe because it's a bit less optimized compared to other Lukes or maybe because he played him like he plays Cammy lol.

Honestly I'm just happy Cammy, Rashid and Guile aren't S tier in this game. I'm happy they're good but not *that* good since we saw so much of them in SFV. In fact Cammy is one of my favorite characters to watch in SF6 and that absolutely wasn't the case in V. With that said jeah we got waaaaaaaay too much Luke this time around. At least Ken can do a bunch of cool things but Luke (especially in SF6) is so dry imo

After catching up to CPT Japan top 16 and top 8 I think it's safe to say Luke is pretty good in this game. Looks like some things never change

Exactly. You watch tournaments over the course of the year that culminates in the CPT finals in december, then we'd get a balance patch and some confirmations on whats coming in the next year. It was perfect.

It used to be. Then after covid things got kinda muddy and delayed and now we have it in february. Which sucks I actually really liked it in december.

Jeah honestly I wasn't looking forward to Ed until I saw all the other characters. I've said this before but SF6 has a really good habit of making every character look so damn cool. Like I've never given a shit about Deejay but his glow up here is immaculate. The look and his gameplay. I have no doubt they'll make Ed awesome too. Plus we need more twinks on the roster, the last one we got was Jamie
