Chapter 1 of FFXV ends on a fucking bummer. My boy bands home being bombed by the rival army that Noctis’s dad was organizing a ceasefire with. Noctis’s dad being assassinated. Noctis thinking his waifu to be is dead. thank god my ride immediately started blasting the Chocobo theme. 😂

Ultimate Spider-Man #1 is so good. Hickman is about to do something truly special with our favorite wall-crawler.

I started FFXV (I know, I m super late to the party) and boy do I love everything about this game except the combat system. It’s ass.

Kingpin’s strength like any comic character depends on the writer. He’s been one shotted by Dare Devil in one comic but able to evenly throw hands with Joe Fixit in another.

Ryan North’s Fantastic 4 is a must read tbh. It’s like old school fantastic four with lost in space and twilight zone vibes. The art is really solid in it too.

The vengeance of moon knight mini series goes fucking hard. It’s so good.

@Chadoukenyou played Star Wars Squadrons right? What was your impression of it? Same question to anyone else. It’s $2 on PSN right now. So I figured it’s worth it for that. Still want opinions though.

My favorite game I played last year was probably Octopath Traveler II. Amazing title.

Dragon Quest Monsters The Dark Prince is really fun.

Since gf is sick we’ve been watching her comfort movies and we’re currently watching Face/Off. A solid choice to be sure but the hand swipe down the face thing Travolta’s family does always makes me bust up laughing. It’s so god damn stupid. 😂

Post up them spoils. 👀 Gf got me a spider man blanket, a stupid fucking looking mega man plush I love like it’s my own child, ff7/8 dual pack and DQM Dark Prince. She also surprised me with a gift card advent calendar where over the 12th-24th I got a gift card from a store I buy from frequently. EShop, PSN, Amazon, etc. so I bought some games/dlc with those. There’s a huge comixology sale going on Amazon right now which I plan on using all my Amazon store credit towards. my mom got me some pajama pants and new shoes. my mom got my girlfriend and I an amazing sushi kit, a really high end cutting board and a huge griddle with a warming tray. happy holidays fam edit: forgot my girlfriend also got me this great pillow

Comic sales are fine. Theres a lot wrong with the industry. Especially at a distribution level and price point level but comic sales are fine. Whether it be the big three of Marvel, DC and Image or smaller publications they’re still fine. This isn’t me arguing manga sales aren’t higher or better or whatever but they’re sold and tracked based on an entire different metric. Also a lot less goes into manga in terms of publication, production and distribution.
