Luke's story write-up:
 
Luke's story begins with him having a flashback about the fateful day he was hit by his father, Robert. He was in a mall surrounded by people running and screaming in a panic. Luke never seen his father behave in this manner before, as he was often a quiet man. The situation they were in was pretty dire. His father found an explosive device that was set to blow up the mall. 
 
Once he noticed this, he ordered Luke to run. It took being hit by his father for him to actually gather himself enough to run. The mall went on to explode not too long after. It was the work of terroists. Had it not been for Robert's quick thinking to help evacuate others, there would've been a lot more casualties. 
 
After experiencing the heinousness of terroism, Luke resolved to fight against it. He joined the army and grew into a very strong young man. Even though this became a natural part of his daily life, he was still left feeling empty. 
 
One day he was approached by Guile while he was training. Guile could sense that the young soldier was bothered, so he asked him if he was up for having a match. Luke gladly accepted....warning the old timer that he won't pull his punches, which was fine with Guile.
 
Both are shown having a drink together after bruising each other up a good bit. Guile knows Luke is stressing about his future and heard about him losing his father to a terroist attack. 
 
Luke admits this was what motivated him to join the Special Forces, but he's also been thinking about what lies beyond the military. He's not sure if being a soldier is enough to help him grow stronger. 
 
Guile has been in Luke's shoes before. He also knows others who left to military to search for what they were looking for. Even though Guile would hate for the military to lose a skilled fighter like Luke, he sees no reason to stop Luke from fighting on his own terms. He then makes a toast to Luke's father and to his fight going forward.
 
Luke always viewed his father as simple, quiet, and reserved man prior to the incident. But after seeing how his father conducted himself that day, he quickly realized that his impression of his father was all wrong. Luke has now decided to fight his own battle and vowed to become the man his father was in the future.

The roughest time had to be win when Poison, Lucia, and Honda were released. That ish was so hard. I was up the entire night into the morning getting those. 
 
It's been fun gathering win quotes for the entire cast since the beginning.

Any other ideas whom to ask?

If you want any scans, i would be more than happy to send them to you and im still looking for SF3. Unfortunately there isn't a full picture of this, it's just a video which sucks. Probably need to make a petition so Kiki can turn this into one big ass wallpaper or some shit.

By the way I'm really wondering why since Zeku has a Kenji costume and Alex has a Leo costume the team at Capcom doesn't give Rose a Tessa and Cammy a Mai Ling costume...

For many years I've been a Street Fighter games and Udon comics fan, posting at the Shoryuken forum. Latly the forum died off. Now I'm searching for another forum, where fans discuss UDON's Street Fighter comics, and maybe even the creators visit from time to time. Do you know of such thing?

There are big plans by Udon for 2022, so it's a good time to kick start a discussion!
 
First there was alt.games.sf2, then www.mmcafe.com, then SRK, then forums.streetfighteronline.com. Can we start a thread here? I've seen Chun-Li_Forever somewhere here. But no Sano...

It must be either one of the Secret File pamplets released alongside the game's release or guides, because I do remember seeing screenshots of the passages being posted here. The Secret Files are in Japanese and only the Alpha 2 one has been translated here (I 've got some notes on the other games that I might drop here when I get time to organise them, most interesting of all is that Battle Circuit was quickly scraped together from a almost complete racing game and info on scrapped characters for MvC1). I mentioned it in my return post for this place but Haruo Murata, the writer for the SF games, mentions that Guile was going to be in the base roster instead of Charlie, which might explain why Charlie's Alpha 2 death is portrayed as the canon one in SFV. It's possible Alpha 3 would have had the console only characters already with full assets as the arcade version was being worked on. Similar to Huitzil+Cecil in Vampire Saviour
 
Alpha 3 had a troubled development period, the story goes that Takayuki Iwai, head composer, wanted to install Redbook audio onto the CPS2 to allow for arranged tracks but couldn't do so leading him to assemble all the arcade staff to quickly do the ost. The CPS2 only had 23mb while SNK regularly used larger ROMs to allow for it. It might have been expensive but had Capcom used larger ROM sizes for their later games, maybe they would have gotten to use their scrapped plans.

Hey guys, wanted to share some images from the Long Wolf & Cub manga where we see the ultimate assassin "Lone Wolf" Ogami Itto confront a living Buddha. As you can see, he can't kill him because the monk Wajo has attained Mu. Wajo goes on to explain...
 

 
Wajo even discusses sakki...the killing lust. Another word for sakki? Satsui no Hadou. Surge of killing intent.
 

 
This is further reinforcement of what I've talked about before in regards to how Mu works and why it stops the Shun Goku Satsu (and indeed is an ultimate defense). Only one that attains Mu can combat someone in a state of Mu. This is also in Hokuto No Ken.
Figured people would appreciate this little bit of info on Mu from one of the most influential manga of all time.

Real name's Anthony Collado by the way. These days I run the fan page Capcompendium on Facebook, which is about every Capcom  game but Street Fighter comes up a lot. I also write for another page on Facebook called The  Bitten Apple. We do YouTube vids and I appear now and then. That's pretty much what I'm up to these days.
 
Last big storyline thing that came out about a month back,  it was revealed that there are parts of Street Fighter V that take place after Street Fighter III Third Strike. Here's a really good YouTube vids about that.  Apologies if it was posted already. 
 
 
I last talked to vasili10 about three months ago or so. He's working on an update to the Street Fighter Plot Guide.  Whenever he does finish it I'll be sure to share.

Regarding Sano I must state, that the solo thread on SRK is where I come from and it's dead for 2 years. I recently saw Sano posting some SF manga scans on madmanscafe, but there you can't pm members. Maybe someone can invite him here?

He had retired long time ago in posting on sf story thread like for years now. 
 
But He had a solo thread in SRK dedicated to Udon where he post updates regarding their releases.

I don't think Udon has released any new comic stories other than their yearly FCBD issues. But they haven't done any extended issues since SF Unlimted, or SF vs Darkstalkers.

Not that I'm aware of. I know the UDON staff that work on the SF comics are very active on Twitter, and I'm sure there's a comics thread somewhere in the general discussion board.
But we have discussed UDON plenty of times here and we do have some UDON fans as regulars for this thread so discussion on the storylines and elements of that comic are definitely welcome here, I guess.
