There's a bit of reconsideration worth Breath of Fire. The game is in famous for reincarnation and having the same name but different person. just same consideration with CFN alternate Ruby, Kyle and Sakura in RS. Another one to consider is Asura Wrath, as long this characters are just reincarnation or cosplay they get a pass. but when there is an actual megaman existing from years on there is something wrong. As long it is a new introduced tech it gets a pass not something that existed since SF4 timeline that just came out of nowhere in Sf6 A program like Megaman would pass like in NT Plus it's not a far far future like Megaman and having actual Dr Light in money is something making him a literal person(Dr Light) that is a BIG PART of the canon and history. I hate it when someone tries to make me believe they really like and enjoyed playing the original SF1 in the 80's arcade. When there's tons of better responsive karateka like games in the arcade back them like Kung Fu Master, Karate Champ and Yie Ar Kung-Fu, then there age was like along 26-28 in 2010 lol I played several version of SF1 the arcade(MAME), Capcom Arcade Hits V1 on CD, the dos, the pc engine and amiga. The most responsive controls is the MUGEN version haha

to be honest i'm bothered with Megaman Characters canon in SF. I'll consider SF2010 and Strider because they are centuries and milenia away. but Dr Light? cmon. Are they planning for a Megaman Collab sooner or later?

yeah the other character models feels to bland the body mass feel generic and colors are too pale. the background are great no doubt but some of the character models feels meh and too bland

Here's an interesting thought Never touch SF6 yet, but I came across this another FGC guy in FB in FB I have a circle of FGC friends not locally based but from internationally toy collectors and international gaming community He has a thought that SF6 feels like 2 separate games merge together, the world tour according to him seems a different game. So I remembered something that happened in 2021 Remember the leak list of games from the Ransomware attack? it leaks Akira stage, Daigo's model and some of Rose alternate costume but NO TRACES of Luke nor the multiplayer Team based SF6 that rumors claims that ONO was pushing... but it never exist. I can only considered that as a solo, but if he has multiple training partner WTM Custom Character that's where the conflict would happen along with the other weird and complex stuff like the extending body parts and deformed physique

the thing is the mutant like physique and deformity combine with extending body parts could be something else while increasing learning fighting capabilities I'm not saying all but some custom characters that can do those or have mutant like deformity, just by giving a logical explanation why they are extra ordinary than the usual human roaming around the established canon. Yet if they are ALL considered canonically existing in the universe as is. So there has to be an explanation and logic behind it That get's a passed if only ONE is considered canon and everyone are just playing one representation of a character existing in canon. Why ONE gets a passed? Because that makes him/her special and not a disservice to the backstory and establish familiarity on mythos, but when it becomes ordinary to an average human existing on SF canon without genetical and technological enhancements... That creates huge conflict, complication and the GAP between the established FIGHTERs has been downgraded and lowered

this is why I'm thinking an alternate route of justification that they are genetically modified, unknowingly while willing participating. I have the feeling that the WTM custom character can be canon but it only represent a single character througout the SF canon. that the rest aren't existing, OR that@DarthEnderXis trying to implied is that they aren't normal humans. if they are all existing and not just one either something behind this is SIRN? Regardless if he'll (Gen) comeback that's likely the last return we'll be expecting in a moving forward timeline SF game. Unless they(Capcom) went to a deus ex machina route for Gen like Jaime lineage has found a mixture of herbs and drinks to cure Gen leukiemia. Yet I doubt it because clearly Jaime is the replacemnt of Gen, Yun and Yang. Plus Jaime is already a successful new SF characters same as Kimberly and Manon. So I doubt Gen would even return as a playable character.

Look shenmue is a different world and most of the things you only claims is Sakura, so e everyone else can be like and easily be like anyone Sakura has no extending limbs and legs combined super deformed body, Even Shenmue didn't have super deformed body mutant like body. Seth can mimic Dhalsim extending legs and arms because of his not an average guy along with Necro. Claiming the indian guy and dan as something that is just dumb than average human in SF which pushing Sakura is the reason why the WTM custom character can simply easily learned Dhalsim and Necro technique to modify their body physique is far reaching and also disservice to both the characters of Necro and Dhalsim along with their backstories. Plus those weird physique isn't very average in a art style of SF6 that is more of semi-realism than any other modern SF.

Dan has his dojo but fail to replicate the exact movesets of the Gouken Even Ryu can't even replicate exactly Gouken Wait till Akuma comes up or something along Oro or another Master Level Fighter then the CAC copied it without any issue. Only Custom Character are able to easily extend their limbs, arms and leg that easily. while those feat should be either for an age yoga master like Dhalsim or a Genetically Modified NECRO that somehow a mutant of somesort
