I declined the AT&T job. The hiring manager told me it’s 100% commission based after training. As soon as he told me that I told him I was no longer interested. I hate up selling people. It’s always felt gross to me as it’s an inherently underhanded sales tactic. I can kinda buffer how gross it makes me feel when I call it “informative selling” but it’s still eh. I didn’t mind it when I worked at the gaming store back home because I was genuinely building communities, player bases, customer bases and a store from the ground up. I was also giving people a space to just be themselves and have a second home. if it’s as somewhere like AT&T or GameStop it’s just me helping their bottom line which makes me feel fucking gross

In N Out was cool the first time I visited Vegas. After that I didn’t care. Same with Whataburger when I was randomly in Texas. Same with Steak n Shake when I was visiting my gf at the time while she was still in Atlanta. hell, Chic Fil A is one of the biggest things ever down in this area. I had it for the first time back in 2019 and it was the most bland and disgusting chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. The waffle fries were not much better. I will never understand how people think it’s good. A lot of the places are great because they’re something new and you’ve never had them before but once you have theyre almost always just another place.

It’s weird going from no one wanting to hire you for almost 7 months to having 4 different places offering me a job. Makes me wonder if they want me because I’m actually awesome or if I’m just going to end up being another seasonal worker sacrificed to the capitalist gods.

I love turkey pepperoni. 1/4 of the sodium and 1/3 of the fat. As a heart patient I’ve ate turkey as opposed to pork and beef most my life. So I highly recommend it. also, thanks, I actually didn’t do anything to the crust outside of what I mentioned. The pita bread just browns really well and ever-so-slightly rolls itself up it bakes. yeah, I know, I just usually buy pre-shredded cause the amount of motion it takes to shred usually messes with my neuropathy. So my arm or hand hurts a lot after.

It is pre-grated yes, I rarely buy blocks but I know I should. Also, thanks man. Every time I cook it’s a learning process and a learning process I enjoy.

I’m being a “basic instagram bitch” as some socially inept troglodyte on here put it and posting up my pizza I made Instea of flax seed flat bread I’m actually using keto pita bread. It’s thicker, bakes better and cuts better so it actually feels like a pizza. I also did extra stuff with my “crust” by using olive oil instead of pam and I also seasoned the pita bread after the light brush of oil. I used salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes. The actual toppings are just homemade pizza sauce, red onions, turkey pepperoni and low fat mozzarella cheese. It’s super fucking good. Edit: YAAAAAS queen! my second pizza looks much more Instagram friendly. (Man, maybe I really should start a cooking Instagram.)

Got another email about a job offer but it’s not from the job I’m expecting an email from. 😡

The place I interviewed at today just emailed me back with a job offer. I have until end of Friday to accept. I have a follow up at AT&T on Thursday and I’m waiting on another business to email me back to set a time for an interview. the place wanting to hire me is the job I was the least excited about. So I don’t know if should take it. I’m going to do the smart thing and wait and see how everything plays out by Friday then go from there.

Despite my dad being a career military man I wasn’t raised even remotely strict really. We basically got to do whatever we wanted when we wanted as long as my sister and I kept our parents were kept in the loop while having the common courtesy of not lying to them about what we were doing. we’d still get in trouble sure but 9.99\10 it was because we lied about something

I never mained him but I’d mess around with him a lot cause cause his combos were really fun. My two teams were C-Iori/Ken/Sagat R2 and V-Iori/Terry/Sakura R2. If I were to say down and relearn CvS2 though I’d likely use totally different teams.
