It's so fucking bizarre that anyone would say "I was in a movie for 7 seconds and I'm the reason the movie was successful". Literally 7 seconds out of a 2 hours movie where he gives a kid directions. You weren't advertised as being in the movie, nobody knew you were in it unless they heard it from someone else and or watched it. And the Director said people cheered? I mean...ok but that's even more weird to me. This was pre Apprentice Trump showing up in a movie. I know he had some celebrity status and he was still "rich" at the time but who were these people that cheered? Home Alone was a younger skewed movie and a family oriented comedy...so I'd imagine at least half of the audience who saw the movie when it came out were kids. And I'm pretty certain most kids didn't know who he was at the time of release. It's just weird lol. "It's down the hall and to the left" "YEEEEAAAAAAHHH!!! YOU TELL'EM TRUMP!!!" ~ Random movie goer in the theater in 1992.

FFVII ACC is going to US theaters on Feb 21 and Feb 22nd to promote FFVII Rebirth, supposedly will have film for FF7Rebirth before the film along with interviews from the Rebirth dev team and AC creators https://finalweapon.net/2023/12/27/final-fantasy-vii-advent-children-complete-coming-to-us-theaters-in-february/ Not sure if I'd go to the theaters to see the movie or not. Though I am curious about the quality of the 4K release for the movie.

I don't even know why they even decided to put a date on the release of this. That just gives Nintendo more batman prep time to C&D them the moment it gets released. They're gonna hit the button to put the game out on the net and IMMEDIATELY get a ding notification in their email box.

Sonic fans have apparently decided that they're going to try to fix Sonic Forces with a mode called Sonic Forces Overclocked This game actually envisions itself as happening a few months after Sonic Forces so it treats itself like an unofficial sequel.

I just started FFXVI on a whim just kind of get started and get a feel for the game and I'm getting sucked in the great misfortunes of Clive now. I was not planning on adding this to my plate right now lol. So...I just finished watching the Gran Turismo movie on whim since its on Netflix and I was not expecting to like this movie as much as I did! Its just a really good underdog feel good movie with bit of a theme of "when do you decide to fully support your child even when there is a chance they could be hurt?". I was really not expecting to get sucked in to this movie but they legit had me cheering for Jann. Neil did a really good job on this movie...I completely underestimsted it. They got me wanting to play Gran Turismo and it wasn't even the main part of the movie. I think I'm gonna drag my wife into watching it. If you have 2 hours to burn and you have Netflix, I'd recommend giving this movie a watch.

He's been not so subtlety hinting that "With Me" is gonna get played at some of the upcoming concerts...I'm pretty certain that thats at least one of the songs Casey will be singing.

I haven't even bothered to look at any of the footage that got leaked cause its so early in development. Any ideas or concepts they showed could easily be different or dropped completely by the time they get comfortable in showing the first trailer.

I've been listening to the Metroid retrospective on and off for the past few days that Hecatom put up and its really disappointing that the tone for how Samus is portrayed got lost in translation for Other M. It wouldn't have overshadowed the other flaws that the game had but could have slightly done less damage to her character if it was left intact. Really the most curious about whoever's decision it was to change the tone for when Samus is burning herself alive and not turning on the Varia Suit.
