5/10/18: Forum software upgrade. Minor bug fixes.

With me it's more about timing. I work from home and when I'm not working I'm usually tired and don't feel like going out. Ends up meaning I don't often go out to eat or see movies.

Honestly though where would they even go from there? Seems like everything pretty much gets sorted (assuming you got the true ending).

Even less than once a month I'm afraid. 😢 I watch the majority of stuff at home for sure.

I watched Beast Wars as a guilty pleasure when I was a kid -- I knew it was corny as hell but I had nothing else to watch early in the morning when it aired. I thought it was really cool when: I don't remember quite how that plot played out but I think I was forever scarred afterwards when they went really weird and had a rat with wheels instead of legs, among other things.

Those mash-ups are pretty cute. I'd totally watch a Spider-Batman cartoon.

No, because at some point I'd probably get tired of living. Seems it'd be a lonely existence after a while. If I'm un-killable that also means that if I ever get imprisoned or trapped somewhere it's game over. Eternal hell.

Damn whipping out the philosophical stuff... Well if I had to come up with something it would be that most people are only concerned with themselves. Lots of people try to avoid this of course but I think at some basic level we tend to put ourselves first. This is great for us as individuals because it insures our survival. This is bad because it makes changes to society at large very difficult. Lots of the world's problems can be solved by people banding together, but of course everyone is more worried about their own day-to-day.

I'm 5'6". I have a very high metabolism and don't gain weight from eating. If I don't work out I don't get fat, but instead just stay super thin. The goal for me isn't to lose weight, but to instead gain weight by building muscle.

It's nerdy but lately I've decided to read all the Battletech books. Had a bunch when I was younger but never came close to owning them all. These days Kindle versions are cheap so I'm going to try to get through all of them starting from the first one. Every time I try to do this I inevitably end up playing old Mechwarrior games too... In late middle school (or was it high school? I can't remember) we had to read some book about a girl living in the south with her white trash father. The whole book was just a description of her daily misery, culminating with her father raping her one night while drunk because she resembled her dead mother. To this day I'm not sure why that book was chosen as part of the curriculum. It seemed to be a little-known modern novel picked simply to depress us. I can't really remember the title and I had a hard time finding it online. I think it was called Sue Ellen or something. Searching that title just gives me the name of some author who writes historical romance novels though...

I started working out again. Never managed to get big in the past but maybe I'll do it this time. 👍🏼

5/9/18: At @Darc_Requiem's suggestion we now have the emote, in honor of a long-winded guy from the 'other forum'. You can get it by typing 'tldr' in colons!

We've had steady growth for months now, but as with all forums most people don't post. No rush. Just keep checking in from time to time and posting when you feel like it -- things will grow if we keep up at it. As with most things you can't really rush community participation and it has to grow organically.

Pretty much all of those go into General Discussion. If things get clogged up I'll move them to appropriate subforums. Just make sure that if a thread already exists for something you want to talk about you post there.

That...that is some hardcore Q love. Respect.

What kind of threads do you have in mind? Sub-forums are defined currently by subject matter more than the type of content.
