Important to note that soy is high in isoflavones which is a type of plant estrogen (phytoestrogen). It functions similar to human estrogen but its effects are much weaker. The isoflavones can bind to estrogen receptors in our bodies and cause weak estrogenic activity OR anti-estrogenic activity.

Studies have shown that soy consumption does not impact men's reproductive hormones:

Oh yeah, definitely a big W for Khamzat to book that fight. He wins and he shoots up the rankings. No one wants to fight Khamzat as well because he's looking like a monster. At least it should make for an interesting fight.

Do you have to go through hoops to get the community version going or is it relatively straight forward? I'm aware of the site with the link for the community version but I haven't delved any further than that.

I was rocking a Pixel 3a but traded it in for the 4a as soon as pre-orders were available.

I never have liked the idea of paying exorbitant prices for phones. Value for money is definitely where it's at.

Only phone I'm envious of right now is the S20 FE.
