I feel almost bad they are taking a half hour of this man's time for every DLC just to explain the mechanics. Yet he might enjoy it as it seems he low key flexes and take shots with theses.

I don't think they can fix it for the previous generation of platforms. It seems despite the success on consoles of Witcher 3 the vision which they had for this game is too ambitious for base PS4 and Xbox One devices. Sucks but probably why they mentioned everyone getting the free upgrade to the next gen consoles when they have it done.

The problem is most of the time the publishers go for a small cart and then charge full price. Capcom repeatedly did that with all their Megaman collections until the most recent Zero/ZX one where they had all the games on the cart despite all the games being able to fit relatively easily on the smaller 8 to 16 GB carts. In situations where 32 bit is not enough you can understand why they need additional downloads or in case of Doom Eternal a digital only release but getting a smaller cart just to save cash and requiring a download also screws over the collector who if they ever stop their service leaves a broken or incomplete game.

I hate how publishers cheap out on the cost of Switch carts and have the players download the rest of the game.

Yep, I mean the plan was always from the start, begin at a lower price and slowly raise the price over time. That is how Netflix did/does it, and they had the revenue to cover it before 2020.

Sort of, there are basically 3.5 storylines that each give a bit of what is going on in other stories but not addressed. Plus you add in the DLC which is it's own separate yarn but adds to it. It is a meaty game, but honestly just dive in and make your choices as you go if you like it enough to go back you can if not each individual story is game enough that you can call it a day without getting to know each member of the cast and why they are who they are.

Been a minute since I touched Three Houses, but there is a option to have the game just manage the student teachings so if you don't want to have them pick up the exact classes or skills there is that. Also if the story is your focus and not challenge, just choose the easiest difficulty.

If there is one thing we can take from all the DLC and character trailers... Sakurai don't give a fuck about Mario and will have him clowned or nearly killed off repeatedly.

I agree having MK 11 win with just a expansion is bad, although I view the awards as like a end of the year spot for announcements and game reveals. Hell they don't even give some of the awards enough time and read them off in bunches. Although the year has been rough for everyone there were new fighting games they could have chosen.

I hope they don't fuck it up and make Kang a one off villain. When it comes to Marvel villains with personality and Avengers level power, after Dr. Doom and Thanos, Marvel kind of don't have too many with major stories to draw from.
