  1. Amplitude for PS2 still the best music game on console. Tai food aint that good. Soda is fuckin' good. Korn still rocks. SFA3 still best SF game.
  2. I'm not a computer building enthusiast. I don't like building a computer. I don't sit here testing for fps and shit like that. I'm still playing my games at 1080p 75FPS. What I like is playing games. I have the most freedom on PC so Ive gone that route the last decade and a half or so. The fact that they are making digital only versions of consoles shows that they are heading in a different direction. I use to be into consoles cause I could get the gaming experience the PC players got at a fraction of the cost. That's not the case so much anymore.
  3. Its 499 for PS5 so I spent 700 dollars on a computer. You just want me to take a picture of the thing? Anyhow, I dont think the streaming shit is even a big deal. You can stream hulu, netflix, hbo whatevers, etc on just about any device now. Edit - I honestly think this will be the last console generation as we know them. In terms of power and cost the lines between PC and Console are really starting to blur. There is almost zero difference but the fact that consoles are locked down. Edit 2 - The PS5's SSD is faster than both the SSDs in my computer...
  4. I find the price of phones to be fuckin' insane but you can do a lot more on a phone than you can on any console. Games are like a secondary or third or maybe even 4th thing that's considered when buying a phone. All you can do on a console is play games. That's why people will pay outrageous prices for phones but scoff at the price of consoles. I scoff at the price of consoles cause my damn computer is more powerful than PS5 and it only cost a 200 bucks more.
  5. Sushi is fuckin' nasty. I dont even know why it became trendy here to eat that shit. Its healthy I guess but that aint why most people eat the shit. My fat ex wife loved that shit and I ate it for years pretending to like it just so she'd stfu. But that shit is slimy and mostly tasteless unless you really just like that stank fish taste. Gotta douse it in soy sauce and that green shit so it taste like something. fuckin' hipster jerks makin' that shit popular...nasty
  6. Would you really like sitting around for 100 million years waiting for this to happen. The end of the universe...you could be the last being in existence for some millions of years. That would be horrible, like a torture that never ends. Edit - If it was me in that Twilight Zone I'd run that fuckin' prison, do my time then go kill the people that sent me away. Im fuckin' immortal. Life sentence? Ha no problem.
  7. I dont think casual gamers care what they play on as long as they can play. And they do play games like Ass Creed and COD and such. If they're forkin' over money for the best experience they're going for a PC or PS5...I'd say that alone sets that person apart from a casual gamer. This shit has been tried 3 times now? Onlive, something else and now stadia. All have failed. People dont want that shit, but they are trying to convince people that it is the future of gaming. Its not.
  8. Sure, I suppose. I think it would get boring and I'd eventually want to die though. Being immortal I would probably be able to find a way to make that happen. I'd have all the time in the universe.
  9. This might be an unpopular opinion...fucked if I know. But I think they should stop making games in a series after number 2. Part 1 and Part 2 and that should be the end of the series.
  10. What do you mean by blowing up? My favorite game just had a popular streamer stream it and it blew up cause of that. Now there is 500 people playing at any given time instead of 250. Niche shit wont take your new games system far.
  11. Well, the indie games that blow up are few and far between. Whats between is hunneds and hunneds of shovelware type games.
  12. Thanks yo. It was always a fuckin' mystery to me. Guess I coulda looked at steam forums but I never find what im lookin' for when I look there.
  13. Great game. I still dont get how the looping works. How to force it to loop instead of taking you to the last boss. Like, I guess in that place with that big ugly slug you have to use your super coins to pick a level. Im not sure though.
  14. I say fuck payin' XBL/GamePass and PSN. I'd hate to have to pay a subscription fee to play online and I wouldn't. And the "free" games you get with PS+ are nice I guess. Till you don't pay that shit and you cant play those games anymore. I like the free games from Epic cause I just crack those and never deal with epic launcher or anything.
  15. You know what I've noticed a lot lately on Steam? Mobile games getting ported to PC. Some are actually fun. But that's not what really matters to me. The thing is, I'm impressed with how far mobile games have come since I last paid them any attention. I still don't like touch controls but phone games seem to be getting more...legit? I checked this game out a bit. Its fun. Its a bit tough controlling the car but that's just cause I haven't gotten the hang of it yet. It seems like a fun game to waste 15 or 20 minutes if you need.
  16. I tried out RDR2 but the intro was kinda long winded and I got bored and decided to go back to it another day. I figure after I finish GTA5 I'll start that up. Makes me think of this -
  17. Word, we just had to upgrade our service to unlimited data cause I went over the cap and it cost 60 bucks every 10gb you go over the cap. So, kinda force us to pay the extra 10 bucks to avoid the possible 60+ every now and then. The cap is 2TB for comcast. I'm certain many a folk will be hitting that cap with the way games are going. They just keep getting bigger and bigger in size.
  18. The first ape escape was cool. It was one of the first games (or was the first game) to use both analog sticks on the controller for shits. I duuno, something like that. But that was in like '99 or '00. No other ape escape was as good as the first. In fact they mostly sucked. I've tried to play Gravity Rush a dozen times but the game is just boring as all fuck. Its pretty and its neat being able to fly around and control the chick for a bit but when that wears off the game is boring. Best games in recent memory from them are the LocoRoco games, Patapon and SotC, imo. I can see how they're not making a big enough profit to keep around. Or at least not have so many projects.
  19. Thats fuckin' crazy. Lucky me the COD I play is only 12gb. I tried out Gods Will Fall. Its fun. I been playing Immortals and Im having fun with it. If this guy keeps getting powers and shit the entire game I might actually finish it. Course if it gets all easy cause my dude is mad powerful halfway through the game I'll get bored.
  20. I dunno if I care or not about online only. I pirate shit so if it gets taken offline I'll still be able to access it. Course, I have played a couple mmos in an empty world and its not so fun. But still, they usually last long enough for me to get my enjoyment out of. And now lots of games have shit that I can play online still. Like that Tarkov game I'm playing. I think its online only but folk at one of my pirate sites already have private servers and shit for it. Not easy to use or find players but can still play the game even if the dev/company/whoever goes under. So, I know that, even if that game gets taken offline someday, I'll still be able to play it. Thing is though, games that do get taken down eventually...I got my use out of. Like Scott Pilgrim. Sure I was upset I couldnt play it anymore so I pirated it. I only played one level in the game then went back to a more current game that I like better. Man, only reason I even found out I couldnt download SP was cause some dude on srk was saying shit about how its gone and even if you bought it you cant download it. I wanted to prove him wrong. He was right.
  21. I've only had one game that I eventually could not use - Scott Pilgrim vs The World. I just could not download it anymore from psn. I paid for that shit too. Because I could no longer access it they gave me a 15% off next purchase on psn store coupon. Fuck them. Hack my ps3 and downloaded that shit.
  22. I got it on PC. Probably be a bit before I check it out though. The little I saw of it it looked kinda cool and not turn based. I only played one other Persona game and I didnt really care for it. Edit - I finally tried out Immortals Fenyx Rising. Its got a cool way of storytelling thats kinda funny. Its fun. Seems like BotW or Genshin Impact.
  23. I been said a while ago that Sony said they planned to bring more of their exclusives to PC. And they're doing it. This makes me happy. Maybe I'll never have to buy a ps4 and I'll still get to try out Bloodborne. This also makes me think they're gearing up to move away from consoles. Start now, so by the time PS5 is done they'll already be well into the PC market.
  24. I been playing a bit of Prodeus, Ion Furry, Ultra Kill and Doom Eternal. All really fun games. I don't know if y'all consider games like Ghostrunner and Elderborn fps games. They're not traditional types cause you use a sword. Elderborn controls like a normal fps but Ghostrunner doesn't. Ghostrunner is freakin' dope. Elderborn is OK. I tried that one game...hold up...BPM. I didn't care too much for it. Wasn't feelin' a rhythm.
