  1. Don't know if this was mentioned before, but I was watching JP's "enrolled" cutscene, and realized that the building on the left of the skyline resembles a modified version of Marina Bay Sands resort located in Singapore. I wonder if the other two tall buildings also were based in real life ones...
  2. Shadaloo was destroyed in Z3, however, like in SF2 and SF5, it has it's remnants here and there. Cammy's SSF2 jpn backstory mentions that, in the past (Z3), Shadaloo was huge, but nowadays (SF2), it was a smaller criminal organization. By the time of SF2, only a few in the fighting world (and the investigation agencies like ICPO) knew that Vega was the leader of Shadaloo. I don't recall anything hinting or mentioning that the world knows about that in Zero 3 (I don't think Fei Long and Yun's movies count). During SF2, specially WW, the jpn materials hint that Vega being the leader of Shadaloo was more of a rumor than an actual fact. That's why the organization is working behind the scenes sponsoring the tournament through Vega. Also, he seems to be some kind of public person (hence he was sent to court for Nash's death), at least in Thailand, and that he publicly claims to be the fighting king. Probably that's what caught Gouki's attention. Yes, Shadaloo was destroyed a second time at the end of SF2 after Gouki SGS Vega (something that was repeated in several materials after SF4, while the suicide explosion was never mentioned again). However, some doesn't believe that. Cammy and Guile are the first ones. Followed by Chun-Li when she learns about the disappearance of fighters around the world, something that started one year after SF2. Shadaloo was still active... controlling S.I.N.'s actions (Balrog even mentions in Ties that Bin that Shadaloo pulled some strings so that S.I.N. could be successful). The merge of SFA3 and SF2 can't occur not only because of Cammy's 3 year gap with Delta Red, but also because of Nash's death that, now, occurs after the destruction of the Psycho Drive and before SF2.... Yes. The main SF4 plot, the tournament, occurs in a VERY small timespan: january of 1994. With Ties That Bind and the Juri event occuring a little bit earlier. So when Sagat was re-recruited, that could've been before or even during the tournament with the final "No" happening right after SF4 and before the main events of SF5. LOL! Now, seriously. There are quite some interactions with the masters that are quite flirty and, since the interaction doesn't change from male to female avatar, that kinda gives a "bi" vibe: -Chun-Li inviting you to hear her playing the erhu, inviting us for shopping, to eat crepes, ABOUT LOOKING AT HER LEGS; -Luke asking us when we take a shower (LOL, although I think that's a military thing); -Cammy asking fpr us to compliment her without using the word "beautiful" (Balrog trauma?), she getting all happy when we mention being a cat person; -Manon is flirty most of the time; -All Zangief's muscle talk... the way he talks about it is kinda... weird; -Marisa wanting to marry Marta and Diego... AND your avatar LOL; -Jamie mentioning that he doesn't hit on PEOPLE , PEOPLE hit on him. So he might be pretty open minded with guys hitting on him even though he's straight (interesting that he didn't took into consideration that Li-Fen was pretty young), also, he literally threw himself on Luke (accidentaly); -Jamier
  3. LOL! I don't have to try anything. Capcom already did the work for me. ๐Ÿ˜˜ And since you LOVE when I post this... here's the timeline from SF Beyond the World translated by UDON.๐Ÿ˜ It's surprisingly accurate though. More than the french version which added some wrong info.... I'll post this everytime you TRY to sneak this misinformation on the board... ๐Ÿ˜‰ You're right, between SFZ3 and SF4 there's a timespan of 6 years (1988 to 1994). Also, Guile didn't estrange himself from his family more than 3 years... Nash got killed sometime AFTER the Psycho Drive was destroyed. That's when he departed. The comic specifically mentions that was the first Suval'hal Tournament? I don't think so. It was the inauguration of the refit ancient arena and the global broadcast of the tournament, but nothing is said how many tournaments already happened before it. I don't think Kimberly waited 5 or so years to journey to Nayshall to ask questions about her uncle. Personally, I do think that the tournaments happened in a few months after the bombings. Also, the origins of Nayshall in the comic differ GREATLY from the one told us by Kalima at the bridge in WT. She mentions that Nayshall came to be just a few years ago, while the comic mentions it being around for millenia, even having a founder, Nayshall the 1st. About Mel, well, in SFV, he was just 2 or so year old baby on Ken's story (matching his chronological age).... but in Shadow Falls he was pretty bigger, looking like around 4 yo....
  4. huil Nope. Nothing about it was mentioned. I think that the only time this was mentioned, was on the 30th Collection profile, however, those weren't written by Capcom themselves, but from 2 lore researches hired by Digital Eclipse. And I'm pretty sure neither Soul Power becoming Psycho Power and vice-versa was ever mentioned... @Daemos and @CESTUS IIIyou guys are wrong about the students. They didn't train ALONGSIDE/AT THE SAME TIME with Vega. They learned Psycho Power and left BEFORE the master took Vega in. The text makes it seems that, besides Vega, only the other 2 students were able to project masses of Psycho Power. Learning Psycho Power was some form of special training that only the master's top of the top students were honored. Also, Vega's SFZ1 ending mentions that, with Rose gone, Vega became the only PSYCHO POWER user, implying that Rose could also use Psycho Power. One could think that she learned Psycho Power before Soul Power. Which conflicts with her Zero World info where she says that she learned Soul Power from someone she called master... Maybe she learned SP from Vega who actually had PP? The only way that could work is if Vega was a wolf in sheep's clothing during Rose's training. That's why he said those kind words to her where she remembers on her SFZ1 backstory and partially repeats it at the end of her vanilla SF4 prologue. Also, RyoRedCyclone had a theory that, the original bearer of their soul is Rose, not Vega. And that Rose's dark soul portion possessed her master, Vega, maybe attracted by PP or even by Vega's hidden evil intent. This makes sense when she mentions to Balrog that "what was divided, shall become one again" and to what Vega says about "we will return... as was our wish" part on her Z3 ending. What she didn't know is that SHE could've be the root of that evil. Lastly, that also makes sense in the way that, Vega's clones (Cammy, Abel and the Seths) aren't able to use PP. While they might have a high affinity for it, they didn't had it infused in their bodies yet. Although they have Vega's DNA, they can't use PP maybe because the genes that would allow them to use it are methylated (repressed). That wasn't the case with Decapre, Ed and Falke. Decapre and Falke were trained on how to use PP (don't know if Decapre still can use it, maybe she was just infusioned), while Ed discovered that inate ability that was when Shadaloo modified his DNA with Vega's and trained to use it coupled with his boxing training (I won't go with them having a part of Vega's soul because that hasn't been officially implemented in the canon yet). That ALSO explains why Vega had to have his new body infusioned with PP at the start of vanilla SF4. His body was a identical clone of his original (?) one, same portion of the soul, so he already knows how to use it to some (smaller) extent like when he killed Smalt Raven.
  5. Nooope! LOL,the scene is the same with the exception of Ryu being on front. While Vega might be in his SF2 incarnation (he does wear a cape there), you forget that in SFV he wears a cape and his hair is black in Nash and Vega's story mode (referring to the Zero era) where Nash is shown getting shot. However that isn't depicted in-game because Vega's Zero skin wasn't made at that time. And lazy Capcom didn't update the skin in those story modes. Also, take a look at the art below: Vega is with his hair white, however, when he faced Seth in SF4, it was still black.... If it was a nod to the aftermath trailer, why Ken and Cammy aren't on the scene? Why it's the same 3 heroes from ASF in the same position (something that doesn't happen in the aftermath trailer)? Why not Ken, Ryu and Guile? Or Chun-Li, Ryu and Cammy? Besides, you seem to forget that 4 months ago, Capcom itself showed us a timeline where SFZ3 and SF2 are separate events....
  6. It's official art. It appears while you're talking with Ryu and he's wondering what strong opponents he would meet and what places he would go. And that he would be willing to pass on his knowledge like he did with the CAC. Events with multiple outcomes, like SFA3 (destruction of Vega's body and the Psycho Drive), SF2 (multiple endings happens) and SF4 (fighting Seth and the destruction of B.L.E.C.E.) weren't depicted here. LOL nope! That's from A Shadow Falls.... Who knows when Vega gets released as a DLC he might say something along the lines like "I'm immortal. I even commited suicide to escape from those darn Street Fighters! Of course I came back in a new body!" followed by a laughter. Although, I have the feeling that Nakayama dropped the body hop thing.... If not, you'll have to wait until SF7.... Speaking of ASF, the bonding chat with Guile is LITERALLY a summarized version of ASF... I though that this was already been solved? The SF1 ladder in SFV shows exactly this, not only that but Beyond the World and Climax book also mentions Ryu scarring Sagat with a regular Shoryuken. Well, Ken also scarred Luke's pretty face with a regular punch move. The bolded part... wasn't that only for Gouken himself that he refrained to use the Shoryuken? If that was forbidden, why did he taught it to Ryu and Ken? Doesn't make sense. I thought that the prohibition was only on the Masahiko Nakahira's SFZ manga...
  7. ABOUT CAMMY, DELTA RED, THE DOLLS 0:57 So, it's been more than a decade and you two didn't bond yet? 1:22 Cammy being found by Delta Red, all wet, exactly like the SSF2 Gamest Special describes! 1:37 Huum, how Cammy would've known that? The updated USF2 (actually SF2HDRemix) ending didn't say anything like that. Only that she was Vega's clone, which she didn't believe him... The original SSF2 japanese ending however, do mention that she was meant to infiltrate the British Empire. 2:18 LOL Cammy mentions that Decapre is her twin sister... even she being almost one year older.... 4:46 I wonder if she's speaking only for the 12 Dolls or even about the low-rank ones. 4:47 Cool! So she has a incestuous relationship with Juni? What a girl! Breaking taboos!๐Ÿคฃ 4:55 Yep! That's about Mรคrz. She's probably dead. Also, in SFV, she mentions that some Dolls might not want to be saved. THAT would also be an interesting story. A Doll that wasn't brainwashed, but was evil herself.
  8. 4:50. Here she says that she made up the story about her family... Even though that's an established info since SF4. Who knows if the part about Viper is a lie as well... Thanks! I'll take a look at it when I get home!
  9. Did she already caught you looking at her legs? ๐Ÿคฃ I'm loving those surprised faces they do. Cammy is SO CUUUUTE! Sakura, Dan Blanka... and Gen! I wonder if this isn't from the Zero days... Ken, Eliza and Mel Guile, Chris/Amy (Guile's daughter) , Laura, Sean, Lucia (?) and Dee Jay If you wanna be rich, You've got to be a beatch (Cammy artwork) Cammy, Decapre and Dudley That was on twitter, with part of the above picture with Cammy and Decapre. Wonder if it's real. Bosch
  10. Yes. you did. but I brought the dialogue itself ๐Ÿ˜„ Hum, that seems to be the case. She's thrilled seeing Ryu shirtless. LOL *sigh* I can't find anyone who has bonded with JP yet....
  11. Ryu talking about Gouken (timestamped) Also, after he mentions Gouken, there's a artwork of him, Dan, an old man that resembles the one from the beginning of SFV and Maki. Can anyone identify the old man's name?
  12. Sweet! I also heard that, this time, the book is in english, without a japanese version...
  13. Jamie bumpin' Luke. https://twitter.com/HumansNoContext/status/1664725850669871106
  14. She's probably lying. All that talk about her being the only one alive who knows the truth about Seth's body and yadda yadda...
  15. They didn't go into stasis after Zero 3. After Cammy fixed them with the Psycho Drive, it's unknown what happened to the Dolls, with the exception of Juli[a] who was recued by Hawk. I really don't think they were to live with Honda (a production drawing showed Juni and Juli living with Honda for a while... with the 3 sharing baths and even the futon together... afte rsome time, Juli and Juni get married, leaving Honda ๐Ÿ˜…). I think you mistook SOSNA lab with stasis: (timestamped) Probably they rendez-vous there if something go wrong. Really that they are pulling a Sindel with Viper? After seeing that picture of Juri and Cammy... smiling together, I would take what she says with a grain of salt.
  16. I see. Well, that matches what I said previously, however, we can't use that information on the plot guide. Sorry @BornWinner, I'm not doubting you or the streamer, but we need the name of the developer, preferrably something written like a tweet. If not, we'll commit the same mistake vasili comitted in the old plot guide. But thanks! ๐Ÿ˜ƒ I... really don't think he saved her between 4 and 5... to me, his USF4 ending was now moved to after ASF and Juli[a] entered a catatonic state shortly after and for a brief period of time. I think all the Dolls (with the exception of Juni) were retrieved by Shadaloo still inside S.I.N. laboratory. If he saved her after SF4, she got recovered from Shadaloo, entered the catatonic state, got better, got pregnant and was recaptured by Shadaloo shortly after giving birth. That's why I think she got pregnant between Z3 and SF2, maybe even after SF2 when Hawk reclaimed the Thunderfoot tribe.
  17. If Lily is Juli[a]'s daughter, she might have some Psycho Power residue in her? Juli[a] underwent genetic enhancements, probably some of it would pass to her offspring through her ovules (although a woman doesn't produce new ovules during her life, unlike men, who keeps sperm cell production from puberty until their death). Now... if Lily IS Hawk's daughter, I wonder WHEN Juli[a] got pregnant... Lily's age would really clarify that. -Hawk saved Juli[a] when Shadaloo fell for the first time in 1988; -There's nothing backing up if she was with the Thunderfoot tribe during SF2; -We know that she was captured again by Shadaloo/S.I.N. in late 1993/early 1994 when SF4 happened; -Hawk rescued her (?) when SF4 ended in early 1994; -In 1995/1996 she was again in Shadaloo for A Shadow Falls. My bet is that Juli[a] was pregnant between the SFZ3 and SF2 gap. So she might be around 17-19 yo. MAJOR SPOILER
  18. LOL TOTALLY! And I thought I was getting things wrong... glad I'm not alone. ๐Ÿคฃ
  19. On that channel that @bakfromon posted from Ken's story, almost all arcade stories are available: https://www.youtube.com/@8thstagegaming/videos Some artwork that we already saw aren't there... like Juri's parents and Luke as a boy with that military dude, Lily with her father (and mother?). So I wonder if the story can be expanded. And... it seems the art gallery will be bigger than we think:
