This is the complete opposite of the specific case you're complaining about though. Ariana Grande didn't create the photograph, therefore she doesn't have rights to it unless she gets them from the creator. That's kind of the baseline.

This is some Willie Horton shit. The law specifies release without bail in general and then specifies certain offenses for which bail can still be required; these guys are hunting loop-holes, and I'm not even sure they're completely correct. If you want the guy locked up because of a crime, give him a speedy trial.
