I actually just watched a video of someone testing this, and it's apparently better than the Series X, which MS hyped up to be great with their new connecting technology or whatever. Here's the video if you're interested.

That's what I'm doing. I looked around and Sprouts is doing a delivery service so I'm stocking up. They have good produce, but their shit is expensive. And everything is organic so it has fucking tofu and shit in it.

Fuuuuck. I had a curbside groceries order placed for Albertsons to be picked up tomorrow morning. Had to schedule it a week out, as that was the earliest available time to reserve. Well, I got a call this morning saying they had to cancel my order because they are shutting down the store for two weeks. They are also shutting down the Walmart, Sam's Club, and several restaurants. Luckily, Sprouts is doing delivery so I was able to get an order in for groceries. But holy shit, that's at least three major grocery stores in my area that are completely shut down right now.

I identify with Dracula from Castlevania because I have this weird habit of hiding my chicken in the walls and under candlesticks.

Speaking of Last of Us, I saw that Last of Us Remastered is free for PS+ on PS5. At the behest of my good freind who says it's one of the greatest games of all time, I decided to try it out. I really enjoyed playing the Uncharted series recently, so why not? Holy shit, this game is amazing! Hard to believe it was actually a PS3 game at first. And I LOVE the characters. Especially Joel. He's fucking awesome. One of the best videogame characters I've ever seen. And now there's a TLoU part 2 that came out this year. I can't wait to play that shit too. I'm just so glad that I'll be able to continue the journey with Joel. Fucking love that guy 👍

I picked up Demon's Souls today. Now i gotta decide if I want to start that or play through Miles and Spider-Man first. I just finished Rise of Tomb Raider last night so I'm clear to start a new game. I also have Ghost of Tsushima, which I beat a few months ago. I want to do a lethal run at 4k/60, and I want to check out the multiplayer stuff. And I want to get into the new Destiny expansion, too, but I might wait until the 4k/60 patch in December. Too many games, not enough time.

2020 keeps getting weirder and weirder. Kirk Cousins finally won a MNF game. I'll be GOT damned!

I've never played a Souls game before so I'm kinda intrigued by Demon's Souls. Right now I'm almost done with Rise of the Tomb Raider, which I started on PS4 a few weeks ago and the jump in performance is definitely noticeable. When I finish Spider-Man, I'll probably jump into Ghost of Tsushima again and do a New Game+ on lethal and check out the multiplayer stuff. It now runs at 4K/60. Destiny is getting a 4K/60 patch for PS5 in December and when that happens I'll be playing the new expansion over the holidays. Astro's Playroom is awesome too 😂

I did a project near Moses Lake, WA, about 8 years ago. Stayed at a hotel in town and the receptionist was a young woman who asked what we were doing there. I told her we were working on an archaeology project. She told me all of it is fake, that the earth is only 7,000 years old, and that dinosaurs never existed. Trump won't do a national lockdown, no matter how bad it gets. I don't think there can even be a national lockdown. It would be decided by individual state governors and local governments. Trump would have to convince a lot of people he promised not to lock down, and there's no way in hell he'd walk that back.

Yup. I'm fortunate enough to work for the Army and I can work from home so it doesn't really affect me or my family. I feel very bad for the small businesses who are going to suffer. It sucks. But there are a lot of people who are completely ignoring the advisories to social distance and wear masks. We are in a pandemic and not a lot of people take it seriously enough to slow the spread. So this is what happens.

I've been using curbside pickup for groceries and it's worked out surprisingly well. No contact with anyone.

Miles is fucking dope. I played through the first part in fidelity mode, which is default, and it looks amazing. I'm gonna switch it over to performance and get that 4K 60fps experience going when I boot it up again. I also tried Rise of the Tomb Raider in high frame rate mode on PS5 and it feels locked at 60. I recently started it and have been playing it at 4K/30 on PS4 instead of the unlocked frame rate because the inconsistency of unlocked was a bit jarring. Plus that ass looks great in 4K. I'm gonna finish the game at 60fps though. The difference is night and day, and that ass still looks great at 1080p.
