Not sure if you're on that meta humor, or you mean North Carolina and Connecticut. That said, I'm East Coast as fuck, and can't tell the boxy western states apart, so no judgement.

I once caught a festival show at a large outdoor pavilion back in the day that was headlined by The Roots and Outkast, with Outkast as the closing act. The Roots filled the stage with a full band, all live instruments, guest performers, and back-up singers. Outkast followed that as just two dudes on a mostly empty stage. And it wasn't that they weren't great or anything, but it looked REALLY empty up there following The Roots.

I don't know if you guys are really into fantasy art, but back in the 90s Keith Parkinson lived pretty locally to me. I hung out with him in his studio a few dozen times helping playtest his failed collectible card game. Seriously nice guy. Died pretty young from cancer a few years later. His kids were still young, really tragic.

Sounds like it. Honestly I don't think I've ever even visited their forums. But if anyone over there is worthwhile, someone might want to tell them about Megashock. Comments section kind of makes me doubtful about that though.

It's not ideal, but it's fine when it's an escape mechanism, where you could theoretically with better play have avoided being put in the situation to begin with.
