I mean, this might not be a popular opinion but final SF5 is one of the best entries in the series. As good or better than its 2 immediate predecessors IMHO. But I'll keep supporting SF6 because its foundations are stronger. It could become the GOAT FG of this century.

I think what Cestus meant here is that the hydromancer is based on a fighting style and ki manipulation rather than a fighter who can physiologically squirt water at opponents (No weird water fighter lab experiments).

This is actually really dangerous advice. Shame on them. Anything that hacks your receptors and gets you hooked is bad for you. A lot of people lost themselves and blocks of time to social media or gaming.
