  1. Jesus, that is way, way too early. It doesn’t matter whether or not he dominates Ngannou. Usyk is a monster.
  2. I promise you, if I could make clones of myself, laughing would be the least of the pleasures that we would have together.
  3. After the Ngannou fight? Also, Jermell Charlo got schooled. What a fighter Canelo is, aye?
  4. Just caught ONE Fight Night 14. Angela Lee retired 😭 Congrats to Stamp, the best women's fighter in the world. What an amazing way to win the title. Ham Seo Hee almost had that, but Stamp is just comically good at fighting. God, I love combat sports. As a reminder to the fight fans, we have Islam v Oliveira, Fury v Ngannou, Pereira v Blachowicz and Jones v Miocic coming up this year. Hell of a final quarter we've had/are having this year.
  5. People check me out on a daily basis. It gets really awkward when I'm on a FaceTime call with my girlfriend though. All that Spider-Man knowledge and he misquoted the original line about great power. Strikes to the back of the head - categorized as strikes that do not touch the ear and are located behind it - are illegal in both boxing and MMA to protect fighters. Williams knew exactly what he was doing there, and if he wasn't trying to do that specifically, he definitely had time to pull out anyway. He's ruined someone's life by purposefully ignoring the rules. I can see the argument being made that the referee should have jumped in way before that, but it could have been seen as Colon trying to reposition to avoid a clinch. He's not at fault, nor is Colon. Williams is to blame, through and through.
  6. I always only had one piece of entertainment per year. One toy purchase a year, one console a year. Every time I'd get something new, I'd have to donate the old thing. That meant that after I got my PS3, I couldn't get anything new besides games every few months. Same went for my PS4. It's only now that I bought myself a PS5, a Switch and a PC. I buy pretty much all of my stuff now, so I can budget accordingly. Things are better than they were, so I'm grateful.
  7. We have a hybrid. Honda CRV. Great mileage and the power delivery is far more responsive than the gas one. It's loud as shit, especially in reverse like yours. Sounds like one long Tinkerbell fart. Great fuel economy though, for a family vehicle doing an hour of commute on a daily basis, minimum. I'm still attached to the idea of getting a GR86, and it'll be a little sad if I get a hybrid, but that's probably where I'll go. Can't afford electric, but I'll need to make smart choices.
  8. This might put the case to an end. Though it should've ended long ago.
  9. "Former Jack in the Box Worker Who Shot at Customer Says There's More to the Story" The missing input: "Your Honor, you weren't even there. Stop being a poser."
  10. There were apparently some Veyrons cruising around the Twin Cities two days ago. Unfortunately they didn’t come anywhere near us, so I didn’t see them or hear them. Pretty funny though that no matter where I go, from Pakistan to America, there will always be Veyrons visiting my city.
  11. Did that motherfucker do body weight dips at that height? I hope he falls all the way and then is miraculously saved by God in the moments before impact and he is teleported back up to the top to safety so that he learns his lesson. May Allah aggressively protect him. 😤
  12. Wore these new sneakers. They fit great!
  13. What a loser. I like my rocket flying in my pocket! Wait, are we still discussing pens? Been using brush pens for years. Very good. As I type this, I am taking a break from practicing Katakana using a brush pen. Love it.
  14. Good question. Lot of reasons actually. 1) They've been made like that for a long time. We've got manufacturing processes that have pretty much perfected the clip and its attachment to the pen. The cost to do it is so low that actually removing it requires a restructuring of manufacturing processes that is more expensive than continuing to make them. 2) The stop it from rolling around, as stated above. 3) People do use the clip. Just because you don't see it a lot (neither do I), doesn't mean there isn't a specific type of nerd who doesn't. Looking at you @Chadouken. 4) The type of pens you're talking about are going to be bought by people who care about their tools. Remember, a pen is just a tool. How you use it depends on your intentions and expressive capabilities. A Bic ballpoint can note down numbers on an assembly line or be used to create artwork. How you use the tool matters, and you deserve all the freedom to use it however you like once you've purchased it. I don't think there is a very large audience of these collectors who would value a tool that has had one of its utilities stripped away as a cost to serve aesthetic purposes. I'd argue that the clip is part of the aesthetic portfolio of a more expensive pen, and, as such, should be at the same level of quality and aesthetic appeal as the rest of the pen. This is a pretty good summary of that word salad above.
  15. I don’t care if Target or Lowe’s pays their employees well. I’m committing horrific thefts anyway. That stupid Target Dog will be held hostage in exchange for 12 tubes of toothpaste.
  16. I have successfully preordered Spider-Man 2, or as I will be calling it from now on, GotY.
  17. Indians and Pakistanis both have always called India Bharat. It's pronounced buh-hah-rut. Would be a pretty good change, in my opinion!
