I haven't played any Yakuza's, but the upcoming one's comparisons to Persona, with the turn based combat, piqued my interest. It looks completely bananas and I think I'll try it out.

@MattatsuThanks, I feel like the main thing I was struggling with was constantly losing the situation after my +2 EX heart raid. I don't know how much of it was lag or how much was me needing to work on the timing some more, but I got thrown out of my cr lk a dozen times. I think your spacing with Chun is really good. There were a lot of times when I thought it was safe to hold the whip and suddenly got a big old stand fierce to the face. Plus the time you supered the whip, that was pretty sick. @SoneroI'm taking a break to exercise and eat, but if you're still around later tonight I can play.

@MattatsuGGs. Enough lag to feel it for sure, but still fun.

Nope, but Ryuji's insta-kill ability is so OP you don't even need it. Just run over low level enemies and you get all the money and exp you need.

They do sprinkle a lot of new stuff throughout the entire game. The two new confidants are introduced very early and are woven into the story the whole way. Plus there's a lot of QOL improvements in the combat and such. Of course, I've played through the game 4 times so I may be a bit biased....

You could play me again and regain all confidence.

I don't know much about Ibuki other than what I see from watching other people play. Vhozite probably has some Ibuki tips though.
