I haven't played the game and only have been reading about it, but.... Hasn't the dev of H2 basically told people that want dei stuff in the game to fuck off? Maybe that's what people are talking about when they say it's "anti political?" It doesn't have any characters, designs, or storylines that a lot of other dei influenced companies are using? If that's the case, then mentioning the story seems to be missing the point. Again, could be wrong, but it would make sense especially since there seems to be a backlash against games with a lot of dei stuff in them brewing.

Man Gran Turismo 7 takes up like half my PS4’s hdd. I deleted a bunch of stuff, freed up something like 160+ GB and was able to play yesterday but there was an update today and it kept telling me that I didn't have enough space for what turns out was a pretty nominal update, so I just deleted it. Guess that one will be a PS5 only game for me.

The context of how he was driving, if he was weaving all over the road, and what made them stop him. Did he actually have a mixed drink in the console or was that bullshit? Was he actually drunk while driving or did he refuse the field test just because? How do cops prove someone is drunk if the suspect doesn't handle themselves super sloppily and refuses a field test? I can't say she did the right thing but it's hard to have sympathy for this guy either. It's possible booze is the reason he's got a suspended license.

I hate these videos because there's always so much context left out. Dude didn't do himself any favors driving on a suspended license and refusing a (voluntary lol, they need to stop acting like these are actually a choice) sobriety test, but I'm curious about when she said he had a mixed drink in the console. Wondering if that was true or bullshit. Either way, they got the guy on the suspended license and probably figured they could upcharge him to DUI and make better stats. Israel has funded Hamas in the past and encouraged them a bit because they were seen as a rival to the PLO and Fateh groups. Some "enemy of my enemy is my friend" type stuff. And this is basically just another front for the Islamic people. Yes they have a right to be pissed that Israel took their land, but if they weren't fighting Israel, they'd be fighting someone else because that's pretty much what they've done for their entire history. I think the problem is lumping Bloodborne in with souls games. It shares some mechanics I guess but it's really very little like them and should be treated as its own thing.

Ive found you can predict when people are going to heal because they'll try to put some distance between you when their health gets to a certain point. If you're ready, it's not too bad parrying that and it'll usually lead to a kill so it's worth it. But you can also stay on them so they don't have a chance. What's the crimson flask do? Invasions are a free for all. Anyone trying to put any kind of rules on those is basically just publicly saying they suck lol

Why blood vials? I think they make healing more viable in a pvp situation because it's not like estus cancelling.

What's the right message then? You don't exactly see these princesses settling for commoners despite being commoners themselves outside of Jasmine from Aladdin where the roles are somewhat reversed. Even a lot of female-targeted media now involves some rich, handsome, powerful man who is either nobility or a vampire/supernatural being being obsessed to the point of madness over some random girl who doesn't really have a whole lot going for her for reasons that are never stated. Sure they're just stories, but like I said before, society in some ways reinforces that women "deserve" that and some women expect it despite themselves not really being or doing anything that would make a man like that see them as wife material.

There's weapons kind of like that in Bloodborne. And that thing would get you parried pretty bad lol

The implication is that he should sweep you off your feet, he should have lots of resources and money, he should be able to take care of you, etc etc. And for generations, girls have had that kind of programming reinforced by their parents, society, etc, that they DESERVE to be treated like a princess without having to really bring anything to the table. Some of them are disabused of that early on or figure it out by the time they reach their 30s but it still persists I guess.

Bloodborne has more viable builds, more viable weapons, and it's actually deeper overall when you consider that you can parry heal attempts and make combos. Also that you have to manage resources like your bullets well (they're the main way to parry) otherwise you end up having to blood tap to get more which consumes life. The combat is pretty deep but souls players never gave it a chance.

It's why all the zoomer chicks you see in the videos on Twitter expect a dude to make a minimum of $250k to be able to date them.

Got a pretty nice birthday game haul with Gran Turismo 7, Lies Of P, Rez Infinite, and a physical edition of Getsu Fumaden Undying Moon. I haven't played a GT game since 3 so I'm interested to see how the series has shaped up since then and have been looking forward to Lies of P since before came out. I finally beat Getsu Fumaden week before last and I think it's an incredible game, I just wish Konami had seen fit to finish it. I'm trying to decide if I want to go for the platinum on Sekiro or not. The Mortal Journey gauntlet doesn't seem worth the squeeze but if I did it, I'd know I'd done everything I could do in the game and like beating the game itself, would feel like a pretty big accomplishment.
