I get depression happens, I get being born with thyroid problems, etc. But there’s hundreds of different medicines, diets and procedures to help with those and give you a decent running start. Not to mention just saying “hey, doc, can you refer me to a nutritionist or dietician”. You can only use xyz excuses for so long. I get you’re the one that ultimately needs to want do it but you also need to stop being so god damn stubborn about it. If every doctor, physician, nutritionist and all the important people in your life are telling you “hey, I’m worried about your health, you need to lose weight” than guess what? You fucking need to lose weight and it’s not them trying to be “mean” or “judgmental of your lifestyle”. being fat isn’t a lifestyle it’s a choice. For instance I can’t even look at photos of myself from 6 months ago. I have no idea how I let myself get so fat. As long as I can help it I’m never going to let that happen again.
