I just finished Moon Knight. Cons: Interesting premise, but it DRAGS much more than any MCU show I've ever watched (netflix and Disney Plus). It was the first time I fell asleep and in 2 different episodes. They take too long to setup stuff. The actual Moon Knight is barely in the show. There's barely any action due to the blackout stuff. Ethan Hawke as a cult leader sounds cool on paper, but in reality Harrow is one of the most boring antagonists in Marvel's celluloid history. Layla is kinda bland too, and I didnt give a crap when she became whatever hero she became at the end. The post credit scene should have been in the actual show itself. Pros: Oscar is a good actor and makes some of it watchable and the backstory in ep 5 relating to his childhood trauma is interesting. Sorry, but I did not enjoy this at all. 5/10

I just saw Thor 4: Thor's whores. Pros: Christian Bale as Gorr. Unsettling, somewhat sympathetic. Visual Design eps that city, the black and white place Jane Fosters role and resolution of her conflict Cons Valkyrie could have had some more screentime and I would have loved some romantic elements Gorrs origin could have been longer and more devastating with some other peeps on his planet. That character could have been shown in some happier situations before the dark stuff happened. Outside of the GNR tunes, the music was lacking. While I generally like MCU humor, I think sometimes it should be held back to let some sincere emotion through. Thor himself is getting a bit too goofy. If they do another one, I'd like it to be more serious like the first film. I am generally a sentimental squigga, but the ending didn't move much me as much I'd hoped. Part was because certain old characters hadn't been seen a while (9 years) and other were only in this movie for a limited time. Overall: A decent film but not as good as Thor 3 and 1. 7.5/10

VGM Fridays: MAMA SAID KNOCK YOU OUT! Only 5 minutes of music, but what a rush! I never played the Arcade original and didnt enjoy the SNES one as much as this one. I like how the view is more "zoomed out" in this game as opposed to being more close up in the SNES and other games.

One of the few advantages of the Kids Wb era (Later Batman TAS/Supes TAS/BB) was that they were less censor heavy than FOX Kids. Technically, Joker used his joker venom on some security guards/cab driver and it was implied that they were dead (There were no scenes of Batman resuscitating them like in Laughing Fish). These were low key/quick moments, but still. One Superman TAS episode ends with guy on death row about to get the injection as the episode ends.

A lot of vegetarians mistakenly use carbohydrates as a substitute for proteins. If you're veg, you should be trying to fill the meat gap with legumes/beans/tofu. I have more understanding for vegetarians/vegans doing for religious reasons than people doing it for alleged health reasons. Stimulus Checks: the cause and solution to life's problems. I just finished Obi Wan. Pros McGregors acting especially portraying as someone who has PTSD like symptoms and kinda turned away from the force at the beginning of the series. Flashbacks to Anakin. Action scenes in ep 3/5/6 Revas backstory/motivation Cons Unlike Mandalorian, this doesn't look as good or cinematic. Some scenes were too light and some were too dark imo. Revas get stabbed by a a lightsaber and can suddenly get to Tattaoine super fast and with minimal pain. I know revenge is a great motivator line but that's pushing it. Also Vader not definitively killing her reeks of lazy writing. Also how did that other inquisitor guy survive? Most of the side/incidental characters didn't really grab me except Tala. Overall: 6.5/10
