  1. Other than old Trek and the 2003 TMNT show, I just don't see much value in Paramount Plus.
  2. I just saw Dr Strange 2. (I dont know if the spoiler moratorium is in effect still but just in case) Pros: The visuals were magnificent and trippy. Almost makes me wish I smoked weed or did acid. Liz Olsen as SW. Both heroic and villainous aspects. We cared about her. In a way, this was both a sequel to DS and Wandavision. Christine being used throughout the film and not just the opening scene. This is the first time that a MCU film feels like a semi-horror film with a little bit of gore and violence. Raimi excels here. I was pleasantly surprised at the cameos. One of them and the accompanying music cue almost made me JIZZ IN MY PANTS Cons I was neutral on the America character. Other than the brief flashback to her moms, I didnt care for her much. Dialogue was a bit more cheesy in spots. One of the "cameo" characters seems a bit miscast to me. That being said, Im not an expert on that character. Overall: Pretty exciting, but a hair below the first one. 7.5/10 DS1 - 8/10
  3. It was direct to video and then split into 5 parts for syndication. Due to the failure of TFTM, it never got a theatrical release!.. That will now be rectified! https://www.fathomevents.com/events/GI-Joe-The-Movie GIJOE the Movie (1987) will be in select theaters in the USA on June 23 and June 25, 2022! This year marks the 35th anniversary of the original movie's release AND the 40th anniversary of the GIJOE: A REAL AMERICAN HERO line which introduced the 3.75 inch figures and the ruthless terrorist organization COBRA! YO JOE!
  4. I guess today is Jhiaxus day because...
  5. I always wondered why X-Men 1992 and Simpsons beat em ups never came to the 16 bit consoles but the TMNT arcade games did. Perhaps some legal/rights issues?
  6. My first exposure to the game was on the NES. I was happy because the only TMNT game I had played before was the 1989 Ultra singleplayer game with the dam level I was pretty happy because: It had 2 player gameplay I could actually beat it. The enemies were mostly recognizable from the cartoon/toys unlike the weird selection for the previous game. It came with a Pizza hut coupon. I could actually beat it I've actually only seen the TMNT arcade cabinet once 4 years ago at a local bar/arcade place here. I first went to arcades in 1992 so Turtles in Time was the only arcade game I was used to seeing.
  7. If karma were real, Mike Tyson and Ezra would be on the same flight. NO ESCAPE!
  8. KOF 15 Team Southtown trailer! Tuesday / May 17 release!
  9. Maybe he's a social Influencer. A pioneer of the ZGTOW movement Zatalcons going their own way! Speaking of that, it has been 4 months since Starhammer posted on this site. I wonder if the Jan. 6th committee got to him?
  10. Gotham Knights game is no longer for PS4? Darn.
  11. 10 years of Capcom fucking up fighting games They're on track to become the new Konami.
  12. I cant believe Im saying this, but I am apathetic about a Jim Cameron film. The first one was just ok. I liked it more for the use of 3d at the time and the special fx. I didnt really love the characters/story much. I gave it a 7/10 and while that may be good for Michael Bay, Cameron needs to really step it up. The MCU was in its infancy when this first came out. That will seriously impact profits this time. With the exception of Indy and Star Wars, very few franchises can generate excitement after more than a decade in hibernation. Streaming has given people a lot more entertainment choices and I think that could also affect the box office.
  13. I never really knew how this girl became popular. Kim Kardashian doesn't have any talent ,but she's good at being a whore.
  14. You actually paid for Paramount Plus or did you get a coupon code?
