Lethal Company seems to be one of the most horrifying and hilarious games ever made. I've just been watching people play this game and it pretty crazy how this game is works in making creepy moments when you're trying to collect shit to meet a quote. This on top of the proximity chat has had me dying.

Different time unfortunately. When this article was made this was how the industry thought in the process of transitioning to 3D so it wasn't just this publication or even company ( Sony being one of the biggest offenders back in the day) of this mindet. We mostly know better now with the hindsight but back then all they cared about was the shiny new polygons everywhere regardless of game design.

There is a lot I like in this interaction No.1 being instant karma. Nobody pulled out a knife, no guns were brandished, and nobody is trying to delete someone relatively small shit. There's been some controversy about Dave the Diver being put in the indie category and essentially he said he's not the one deciding games that go into the categories for the rewards, it's mostly the judges/jury from the publications that determine the games that go into the categories. They also were thinking about showing the vote percentage for games and were actually testing that with the player's voice award last year but it ended up being a shitshow (paraphrasing...he didn't exactly say that but considering what he was saying and alluding to..I'm pretty sure the petty war between Sonic fans and Genshin fans last year was not a pleasant experience and killed this).

This glitch can apparently be fixed without the patch currently. If you happen to run into it you have to go back to the Mushroom Kingdom then go back to Land's End and it should fix it. Edit: kinda related but also random
