Yeah at this point my laptop is 5 and half years old. It has a 7th Gen i7 (soon be six generations old)and a 10 series GPU that is soon to be 3 generations old. I have no problem running the latest and greatest fighting games at 1440p. Despite being substantially more powerful, my desktop and laptop provide the same experience. Fighting games don't push the hardware.

Despite being the heaviest the R35's has a massive power advantage. I don't want to cheat with Google but IIRC, the R35 has 580hp. I am sure their are other modern upgrades as well. SNK characters can't be guest characters in KOF. KOF has been SNK vs SNK from the out set. Ralf & Clark are the Ikari Warriors. As for the latter because KOF is the SNK crossover franchise that literally any SNK character can show up in, why waste slots on non SNK characters.
