  1. Lack of force behind his blows. That's why I made the analogy to a fight choreographer demonstrating a sequence. They'll go through the sequence at half speed. Then the performer will go through the same sequence at full speed. Despite the motion being the same, it looks better. The strikes look impactful.
  2. SF:Duel Ad: "TIME TO FRY!!!!!" DoctaMario: "I'm cutting back on fried foods." *deletes SF:Duel*
  3. Johnny's moves lack impact. It feels like a fight choreographer demonstrating to an actor how to do a fight sequence instead of an actual fight sequence.
  4. @misterBeeI'm thinking using DDU* in safe mode and re-installing the drivers would be a possible solution. What do you think? *Display Driver Uninstaller
  5. I knew she was not going to stay dead. However, if they were going to bring her back his quickly, what was even the point?
  6. Man, Ben Starr better get some awards for his portrayal of Clive. That said, the voice cast in general is excellent.
  7. I saw our lord and savior @Bigtochiro in Battlehub while I was trying out Dee Jay in ranked. @VoltHe's looking for you fam.
  8. Disney's problem, at least from a movie budget standpoint, is their over reliance on CGI. They use CGI just because they can instead when it's necessary. Practical effects are cheaper and hold up better over time. If it cant' be done practically, then you use CGI. Edit: @TheInfernoman, I remember that story. I literally face palmed when I saw it. Dude got removed from the gym for doing something was physically incapable of. Seeing. What an insult to a blind person.
  9. Most reviews I've seen for the movie read like a Kotaku video game a few lines on the game and then rant about unrelated nonsense. The irony is that the only reason most people know about is because of their rants. It's a lesser version of the Hogwarts Legacy situation. All the bluster drives more people to watch it. I've heard more about QAnon and conspiracy theories than I have about Tim Ballard allegedly being Special Agent Frank Dux.
  10. People forgot about The Little Mermaid because Indy is tanking so badly. It's looking to lose more money than The Flash at this point. Budget: $329 million (They said 295 million, UK tax returns showed otherwise) Advertising: $100 million (I don't them believe them for a second this one, it's higher) Tota1: $429 million Estimated Break Even: $858 million Current Box Office: $258 million Disney's Take: $129 million Heads need to roll over at Disney. There is no reason an Indy movie should cost $300+ million to film. All of their budgets are out of control. The Super Mario Brother's movie had a 100 million dollar budget. Elemental, which is also bombing, had a budget double that.
  11. It took 6 weeks but we are back finally to SF cycle. At least we got past the month mark this time.
  12. I am SO over this nonsense it's not funny. Edit: Please tell me this is someone trolling. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-12298801/EXCLUSIVE-Snow-White-Seven-Politically-Correct-Companions.html
  13. I disagree. The firstly the whole massive Cavill backlash is entirely their fault. They basically dragged ass on any new Superman content hoping he'd quit instead of having the balls to just say we aren't bringing you back. This aggravated fans who were salty he wasn't coming back. Then DC after years BS decided to bring him back. They gave him permission to tell the fans and then they announced they were placing him shortly thereafter. TLDR The way they've handled Cavill's Superman makes it difficult for them to piss people off more. The way they announced he was back to immediately change their minds. Hard to top that level of salt. Side Note: They could have replaced both Ezra and Amber before their movies started filming. Ezra's first incident was caught on video in 2020. The situation with Amber is even worse because not only could they have replaced her before. And wanted to, no including the Depp stuff, per Walter Hamada's testimony in that case. After the Depp case, they have more than enough time to recast and re-film her scenes. She was only in like 20 minutes of the movie, so unlike Ezra, re-filming scenes after the fact was tenable. @RSG3Hollywood's meh reaction to Ezra's grooming allegations and their full court press against the Sound of Freedom is NOT a good look. I've watch a couple of reviews of that movie from people that aren't conservative and both of them said their isn't any QAnon stuff in it all. Yet that's all the reviews talk about. People are really dying on hill against a movie about child trafficking because they don't like lead actor. I think Tom Cruise is bat shit crazy but he's not pulling a Danny Masterson, so I go to his films and enjoy them.
  14. It looks like he has to charge his Whirlwind Shot to generate an Air Current for the Spinning Mixer to pass through first. He can't just do it willy nilly.
  15. Looks like I'm sending back the new laptop. I haven't all kinds of stability issues. I'm going to give it once last try this weekend but I already put in a return request. I'm salty because the only model of laptop I can still find with 12GB of VRAM that isn't an arm and a leg is the model I'm returning. Check that, there is one model that I see that I'm avoiding because it lacks LAN port and then I read the reviews seems sus anyway. Man why can I find a Legion 7 Gen 7 AMD. Lenovo put them on sale when I wasn't looking and now that I am, they are gone. Edit: Found the Legion 7 I wanted. Now I have to hope I get my refund from Amazon before someone buys it.
  16. Despite them not showing their faces, I was intrigued 🙃
  17. I didn't want more of Eisenberg Luthor but in spite of it, BvS: Ultimate Cut was significantly better than the theatrical cut.
  18. Does Azam make use of wind as well? Or was just Rashid. I haven't played ASF in a while, so I can't remember.
  19. I still find it ironic that DC was quick to push out Zack Snyder because they thought their movies should be making more at the box office and none of their post Snyder movies did the number of Snyder's. Hell Wonder Woman took the biggest hit without him. WW84 were terrible and all of her cameos were basically her showing up everyone gawking over her for a few minutes and her dipping. Don't get me started on Whedon going Olympic camera man on her in Josstice League. Side note: I'm not a Snyder is a bastion of greatness guy. I have issues with his takes but the box office is the box office. Side note 2: I wish I could see Ayer's cut of Suicide Squad because if the studios hatchet job of BvS was anything to go by, it may have been decent.
  20. It happened to Cavill twice. I feel bad for his Witcher co-stars. I saw an interview they had with Yennefer, Ciri, and Jaskier's actors/actresses. You could tell none of them where happy about it. They said the right things for the most part but they looked fucking depressed. Hell they only really looked happy when they were talking about much they'll miss Henry. I feel sort of bad for Liam Hemsworth. Ciri's actress said she'd just imagine Geralt was still Henry and Netflix took out a bunch of "He's still Geralt in Season 3" ads.
  21. As RSG3 said, Gunn cut this movie and every other DC movie off at the knees by announcing a reboot before released. I don't see why that announcement couldn't be made after Aquaman 2 bombs. If you think Ezra Miller can drag down a movie, wait until Amber Heard gets her chance. DC amazes me. Cavill and Gadot are out but they held on to Amber and Ezra. That would be like the 90s Bulls cutting Jordan and Pippen but holding on to Buechler and Longley.
  22. They have to do what SFV did with some of the nostalgia costumes. Have it be a very similar, not quite exact, version of a look with additional detail.
  23. Good. They completely botched the handling of the Ezra Miller situation and they got what the deserve.
