Two channels I follow and in regards to James Gunn, again I support total free speech...but having said that, you as an individual must know that what you said can be held against you. Tweets today are like when an ex wants to come back and fuck up you life when you're a big shot.

  2. Twenty-one years ago, a man by the name Eiichiro Oda started a little manga called One Piece. Little did he know, over two decades later, this manga would continue to impact the lives of millions across the globe.

Yes, today, July 19th, One Piece turns 21 years old! After all the adventures and all the years, Oda is still going strong by still delivering a fantastic story to us. One Piece is finally the age of Zoro and Sanji and can now drink in the US! Also, it's been 12 years since Vegapunk was first mentioned, meaning we've gone over half the series not knowing how he looks!

For those doubting the legitimacy of the date, a reliable source has confirmed directly that this was the time the original Jump issue with chapter 1 was released on. Monday was holiday, so the chapter released on Saturday, making the original official date for One Piece's birth July 19th (while ironically, this is a fact that Shueisha has wrong, as they count One Piece's "birthday" as the date the Jump issue was originally referred as, rather than the day One Piece was first released to the public. Yes, it's a complicated situation).

So let's cheer to all these fantastic years of One Piece and to many more to come!

To see if games you own are backward compatible, sign in at My games, then select Xbox 360. If a game shows as being Backwards Compatible, you can play it on Xbox One.

The only reason I can see for your previous digital version of RE4 not working immediately on XBO is if it is some special or alternate version that is different from the normal backwards compatible one.  See the link above and find out.

titles doesn't have a backwards compatible label on it. *shrug*

  4. I try to buy physical copies of games as much as I can. Sometimes I will double dip for the sake of keeping something physical. I own for example RE4 on GCN but I will admit I bought it again on Xbox 360 digitally. On the flip side I bought digitally Shantae for Switch but just about one year later the game drops a physical copy so I did go out of my way to buy it and replay the game. I loved it that much.

Too bad Ikaruga was digital only but no big deal there. Going to get Sonic Mania now. So glad I waited for a physical copy.

Going back to RE4 on 360...digital games have created another issue. My copy of RE4 is DLed for 360 only. The game was brought to Xbox One but you have to buy it again for THAT console. Instead of allowing me to simply use tha game I bought and maybe allow a patch to make it playable, nope! Pay 20 again for digital! That's like if you get a DL song then have to rebuy it again to play it on your newer phone/MP3 player. Fuck that.

I'm going back to wanting separate devices for specific things made for their formats. Looking at an E reader for books and I still want to collect a mini disc player for nostalgic feels. It's why I like Nintendo keeping their consoles as pure gaming devices as much as possible.

  5. and now at last we have another part of what could have been in the MCU:

    Thor: Ragnarok (2017)

    >Reuben Flescher, Rob Letterman and Rawson Marshall Thurber were approached to direct before Taika Waititi was hired.

    >Christopher Yost and Craig Kyle's wrote a story treatment with a darker tone, which was revised and made into a proper script by Waititi and writer Eric Pearson.

    >Charlize Theron was approached for Hela before Cate Blanchett was hired.

    >Jaimie Alexander was slated to return as Sif in a "pivotal" role, but was forced to drop out due to scheduling conflicts with her TV series BLINDSPOT.

    >Anthony Hopkins originally declined to return due to poor experiences filming THOR: THE DARK WORLD, but was won over by Waititi's unconventional approach for the project.

    >Early drafts featured the dark god Perrikus as the main villain rather than Hela.

    >Early drafts featured a romance between Thor and Valkyrie, Heimdall's death, a vicious battle between Hela and the Destroyer, appearances of Beta Ray Bill and Erik Selvig, and a smaller role for Korg.

    >In early cuts, Thor and Loki would find Odin living as a deranged hobo in the streets of New York after his retirement home was demolished and he'd die in a seedy alleyway, whereupon Hela would arrive to confront Thor and Loki. Test-audiences responded negatively to Odin's death and the scene was scrapped in favor of Odin sharing a tender moment with his sons and meeting a dignified end in the fjords of Norway.

    >In early cuts, Thor and Valkyrie would remininsce about their first encounter in a "1980's Asgard" with Asgardians wearing "shoulder pads and Farrah Fawcetts". Young Thor would've been an acne-ridden chubby outcast, while Loki would've been an emo goth listening to "Asgardian death metal".

    >A deleted scene features a woman sneaking out of Valkyrie's room at night, alluding to Valkyrie's bisexuality.

    >An alternative post-credits scene features the Grandmaster and his assistant Topaz as stowaways on the spaceship bound for Earth.

    Black Panther (2018)

    >Ava DuVernay and F. Gary Gray were approached to direct before Ryan Coogler was hired.

    >Coogler wanted to use Kraven in the movie, but couldn’t because the character’s rights belong to Sony Pictures.

    >Early drafts featured a subplot about Elijah Bradley, a teenager from Oakland who is influenced by both Killmonger and T’Challa, but the subplot was deemed superfluous and scrapped.

    >Early cuts featured an extended sequence of T’Challa and Nakia discussing their past relationship while jogging through Wakanda, passing by several of its landmarks before arriving at Nakia’s house, where her parents voice their support for T’Challa, which was cut for pacing.

    >Early cuts featured a conversation between T’Challa and Everett Ross in Shuri’s laboratory, in which Ross voices his admiration for Wakanda and vows to protect its secret out of gratitude for T’Challa saving his life, which was cut for pacing.

    >Early cuts featured an extended sequence of Okoye and W’Kabi debating their opposing ideologies after Killmonger’s ascension, which was cut for pacing.

    >Early cuts featured an implied lesbian attraction between Okoye and another Dora Milaje, Ayo, which was cut because it undermined Okoye’s relationship with W’Kabi.

    >Michael B. Jordan previously auditioned for Falcon in CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER and was also approached for Cyborg in JUSTICE LEAGUE.

    >Yahya Abdul-Mateen II auditioned for M’Baku before Winston Duke was cast. He is now playing Black Manta in WB’s AQUAMAN.

    >John Boyega was approached for W’Kabi before Daniel Kaluuya was cast.

    >Ernie Hudson was approached for T’Chaka before John Kani was cast.

  6. that alone is almost enough to get me back into cosplay. I know I had on my list Luffy but a friend of mine did it years back...and now in time skip, I lack his muscular exterior...that and based on my attitude (and style) I feel I fit more as a Zoro anyway.

There's so much going on now in the story.
