It's radical update actually not a minor I think the best example of a failed minor was CVS2 EO and SFA3 Upper(I forgot) those failed because the tech that became a common strategy was removed KOF was also kinda successful on this but never totally replaced their main titles They kinda failed on KOF99 evo and KOF94 but the rest is still getting multiple rereleasing 98
  3. I have seen to a lot of rom hack reinvention from SF1 to SF4 even FF and the new UMVC3 I wonder why they change it so radically and flashy, not minor adjustment which I think is the better I think the only successful among this rom hack was the SVC the Plus one

Sakura, Shadow Nash and Shadow Lady along with Double Upper Max Characters And a Head Swap Sean as a new character I know Capcom wouldn't spend time putting new characters that took much effort than palette swap and headswap Since it's a very much casual targeted content.

  12. Hi man. Im in manila a city in the philippines and safe but some province here like albay were sunken and people were on the top of there roof. We still had a major covid case here that govt is just ignoring. Govt here inacts slow to tragedy and crisis.

  15. RealBout had some pseudo 3d plane. I'm not sure if there was anything else but as I remember the one that had exact 2D with ringout was VF2 on megadrive/genesis but it's not played like SF fighter

  19. I am familiar with various SF Dizzy mechanic. Is there other fighting games that are non-SF but had unconventional implementation of the Dizzy/Stun Mechanics? Someting either worst or something interesting of a concept?
  20. Agree It's time for Capcom give clarity and simplify confusing concept like this for the other audience to easily grasp. SF legend of Chunli movie had a disastrous interpretation of that.
