Even without playing it I believe it, every bit of footage I’ve seen looks just a tad bit slow to me. So it adds up. Games still got plenty of time to be tweaked.

From first playing fighting games till my teens all I played was shotos. Slowly I realized all I ever played against was shotos my friends, brothers didn't matter who also always played shotos. Fighting games entered the online age there again the vast majority of my opponents shotos. So I vowed to hate and never play shotos again. I know I'm late to the discussion but I'd take yun,yang and all their cousins being on the roster before another shoto is added.
