@GetTheTables I'm always down for games on the rare occasion I'm home. It has been a minute. Yeah and I feel like I'm missing alot of mu knowledge like you said. Hell I just fought my first decent axl the other night, it was a nightmare but that's too be expected given his archetype. @Pair of Rooks you're probably right that playing pot doesn't help in things feeling lopsided lol.

Is it just me or are floors kind of pointless for gauging skill? I know ranked mode is not concrete or anything but I've managed to get to 10th floor I either body people or have no chance there it seems to be a really large gap between people on the same floor. As someone who was kind of apprehensive about strive it's pretty fun. But I'll still have moments where I'm not really feeling it. Most of the fun is coming from playing Potemkin he's legit probably one of the most fun characters I've ever learned, but he also feels hopeless in certain mu. But who cares I'm just playing for fun.

I'm glad it was Luke and not a really popular old character. I'd hate for a character like makoto to be added this late into the games life. As far as sfv characters I wanna see in 6. It's pretty much just Laura, meant, and G(just because I wanna know about Q) . PS- I don't get all the hate sonic fox is catching. Man just stated his opinion everybody likes different shit. I was watching a strive stream and a couple people were talking shit that he only likes games with lower entrants that he can win in, obviously wrong but this whole game wars thing is kind of corny at this point.

Mr. Dickinson looks cool af. I could see alot of wrong inputs if I played him. Around the 5:19 mark in the trailer it looks like they maybe do a feint behemoth but I could be tripping.

Rap doesn't suck these days you just have to stop expecting to find it on whatever top 40 list or whatever. But then again I listen to a big mix from trap shit to backpacker underground shit. Still alot of old shit too.

I'll probably play him just because I like his design I like the cast of this game but I haven't been able to find the character that I know I'm going to stick with. Potemkin has been that so far but I'm not all in on him or anyone in this game. Game is still awesome hopefully they get the lobby system smoothed out asap.

Yeah I'm using pot. This is the first guilty gear I'm putting time into so I'm still lost in the sauce beyond just execution. Plus I decided to go back to learning stick since it's a new game so that's where alot of the execution struggle is coming from. I've seen a couple people mention not having a true main yet. I kind of feel like I'm in the same boat.

Managed to scrub my way to floor 8. Probably just gonna play casual for awhile I need to get better at doing Kara 6k stuff on the p2 side or I'm not going to get anywhere. Finally played a may who I'm pretty sure was a Smurf account since they were only like level 5 and got absolutely shit on lol. I- no,ky, and ram seem to be my hardest matchups right now

Finally got the chance to play today for a decent amount of time and pretty sure the ky I ran it back with a couple times was using this move alot , wish I knew that earlier. And fuck his stupid flip kick too. I'm only on the 7th floor so I'm getting away with alot of unsafe gimmicky bullshit. But hammerfall RC potbuster comebacks are godlike lol.

I haven't played a may but I don't want to either seeing all the buzz around her lol. Only got to play a couple matches ended up using pot because I picked him during trials. I was using chipp in training mode somehow didn't realize it was still set to pot then I actually won a few and kept playing him and looked up some stuff. The aa command grab feels godlike when you land it. I need to play in arcade mode or something to get used to actually using the mechanics and stuff, add on top of that I switched back to stick so i end up fumbling around a shit ton. Still fun to scrub my way to wins but it's gonna take me a while to get comfortable in the game.

I promise I'm on the lowest floor of anybody here lol

Been lurking here and watching streams here and there game looks fun. Curious to hear what y'all think of it.

@Vhoziteprobably did the best thing. Hopefully it's not the timing belt but more than likely if it was you would not have been able to drive it.

If we end up getting all the customization options later on prepare to get distracted way more lol.
