Martian could you please remove that reddit link you posted? It autoplays for some reason and it's a little annoying. What TODs do you guys actually learn? Right now I have a ton saved and I'm filtering through them figuring out what is -actually useful-. A lot of TOD's really aren't super practical, like "corner 2H solo sparking 3 bar TOD". I figure the 2M (or 5M for Cooler), 2 assist sparking combos are usually pretty good. It's pretty cool to hit someone from anywhere on the screen with a 2M and 0 bars, then suddenly their character is just dead.

I was around since 2007, although my join date was later. I remember having different "themes" (blue, black, white, and red?), rep bar, moving avatars, the SRK arcade, and.... a lot of funny-ass stuff to read.

I know people are mad with Preppy currently, but I basically blame Wizard for all this shitfuckery. His lazy ass made every wrong decision possible with the forums for years, especially those gigantic ads that we had during the SF4 era that caused some people to leave. The ads were so goddamn big you couldn't even see the forum posts. Watson said he was making like $5k a month just from those ads. Seriously fuck that guy (MrWizard).

So it might be obvious, but if you're in contact with people who were formerly active on SRK but quit due to -many things- (mostly Wiz and Discourse forums), spread the word to them that there's a legitimate replacement for SRK forums here at Megashock. I'm fine if the SRK forums are locked, as without some upgrades it's not worth saving. The Wiki, however.... please, let's not re-make that entire damn thing.

XIII is a fun game to watch for me but not to play. The long combos, high execution and terrible netcode add up to a bad package for me. Excited for 2002UM, hopefully this means 98UM will also get rollback. Still won't make Asian players ditch their busted top tiers in Vanilla 98 tho.

Tried to run a DBFZ set with a fg friend of mine. Played one match, then he had to quit because his power went out. Due to floods he won't have power for the next 4 days. Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

SSJ Goku, Blue Goku, and Base Goku obviously are though. They even share many normals (same with the Vegetas). Black, UI, Bardock and the fusions have the same model but with totally different everything (except it looks like Bardock and UI have the same 2M as each other).

I think it's veeeeeeeeeeeeeery likely the next character will be Toppo. If for no other reason than I don't know any other truly -great- characters missing, and they're definitely focusing on Super characters. I'd love to see.... Pikkon or Raditz or Zarbon, but I really doubt we'll ever see them. I'd also like Towa, but I believe she's Xenoverse only. We might get Turles just so that Bamco can slap us in the face with another goku reskin.

Totally unnecessary in my view, since accounts are actually obtainable now and there's a guy from Mizuumi willing to help upgrading the server (which is probably 10 years out of date). If the changes don't materialize then we'll talk about moving it here (that is potentially illegal btw).

AFAIK the wiki will be fine, I talk with Preppy about it frequently and they're (Preppy + the Canon's) trying to overhaul it currently. So that's actually some good news because Wiz didn't do shit from fuck to maintain it.

As long as the wiki sticks around, I'm happy to split my time between here and SRK General. Let's see how things shake out.

Just popping in here to say: I cannot believe I was actually dumb enough to buy Granblue Fantasy vs. low character count, lots of DLC, and probably the worst netcode this side of Samsho. I was fooled!

I'm just gonna pop in here to say: I'm sick of top players making tier list videos. But then, they have nothing else to do. That is all.

Props for the burning castle stage background from LB2. Definitely one of the best stages ever. Of course there are others like fetus of God, Blast Furnace, jazzy NYC etc etc.
