It's a shame the voice clips aren't of William Daniels (the 1982 Kitt voice actor) but looks good overall

That is the most painful part of this crossover. Old clips from the show would have worked just as well. Not a dealbreaker, but certainly a miss.

The only miss that supercedes that one is not using Trypticon for the Godzilla crossover.

Made a couple posts about the Transfomers One. As a fan of the franchise (and having to deal with a mixed bag of live action movies) , that movie is what we've wanted since 07.

Also, today is Transformers Day! The franchise (as seen on TV) aired for the first time today 40 years ago.

Always found that the G1 Season 1 intro is the best opening intros not only for the franchise, but also as an animated series. Well animated, it has stakes, and you get the entire plot. As a side, I always wondered why Thundercracker was upfront vs. Starscream. Watching the intro, you have to wonder if at the time he was intended to be the "Air Commander".

Honest Take - Transformers was saved from the brink twice. Beast Wars saved the franchise from obscurity, and Michael Bay cemented the franchise into becoming a pop-culture mainstay.

What is your favorite memory dealing with the franchise?

Beast Wars especially Dinobots death always sticks with me. I have some old eps recorded on VHS and always look back at that series fondly. Prime was another one that seemed kid focused at first but had some great moments too.
