It's pointless searching for a real language when the Thunderfoot tribe is not a real tribe, and was created along the most common stereotypes regarding the Plains Indians, or, to be more specific, the Lakotas. The Cherokees never dwelt in tipis, while Thunderfoot clearly live in tipis, as shown in Hawk's SFIV prologue. Not to mention there was a real historical Lakota warrior named Čhetáŋ Wakíŋyaŋ, aka "Thunder Hawk". Anyway, the stereotype the Japanese have of "American Indians" is more or less the same as the "generic Indian" all the world had, which was more or less based upon "Lakotas with totem poles" (Lakotas never carved totem poles, which were typical of the Northwest Coast cultures). If November was to be spelt in Lakota, then she would've been Waníyetu wí ("winter month") or Tȟakhíyuȟa wí ("ruminant rutting month"). Lily would be... Too many names, it depends on which lily species is, lol.
Anyway, as I said that's useless.

The New Challengers's age is something... complicated. Even with their birthyears revealed.
Cammy was set to be 19 in SF2 and 16 in SFZ3. However... that was when SF2 was set back in 1993 (at the time, All About Capcom stated that there was a 6 year gap between Ryu scarring Sagat and SF2). Also, back in october 2009, when Dee Jay and T. Hawk's profile were up in Capcom of Japan website, they were listed as 29 and 35 yo. This would set SF4 in 1994. Later updates would remove their ages, and Mel's birthdate (February 8 ) would place the SF4 tournament on late january/ VERY early february 1994, since he's 3 yo in 1997 during SF3.
But in SF Beyond the World book timeline.... It sets SF2 in 1991. Which bring us to the question if the New Challengers still have the same age in SF2 OR the same birthyear. For instance, Cammy was born in 1974 and was 19 when SF2 was set in 1993....  however, either she is still 19 in SF2, but now she was born in 1972, OR she's was still born in 1974 and is now 17 in SF2... and 14 in SFZ3  when the Psycho Drive was destroyed, which happens around 1 year after Ryu's fight with Sagat, 1988. I think it's the former, so now Hawk was born in 1957 instead of 1959, Dee Jay was born in 1963 instead of 1965 and Fei Long in 1967 instead of 1969. Or that could have affected only Cammy, with the other 3 being left out of this change...

While on the THawk subject, here''s 2 fun facts about him in SFZ3:

1: In almost all console versions, Hawk's backward walking is his forward walking in reverse... the only exception was the Sega Saturn. There, his backward walking gets a different animation with him making an "X" with his arms in front of his body:

2: In his ending, almost all versions have his picture of him holding Juli with an "fade in" effect. This don't allow us to see the bottom of the picture. However, in SF Alpha Anthology for PS2, for some reason, the "fade in" effect is absent:

That was already confirmed by the leaked audio commentary, anyway. What's still unknown is what relation has she with him. I doubt Lily is his daughter; maybe his or November'¹s sister?

¹ God, I hate that name, it's LAZY and disrespectful. They named her NOUEMBER after the LATIN name of the month. Because... Capcom didn't know any Native American language so they just chose the "old-sounding one"? I don't know, but that's already bad... Then they further screwed up the transliteration in... LATIN characters, and we ended up with the absurd NOEMBELU. They could've corrected this at any moment, but nooo.
So we have a fictional Native American tribe with an English name (Thunderfoot), with two members (Thunder Hawk and Lily) with an English name; his father with an HALF SPANISH-HALF ENGLISH name (Arroyo Hawk), and another with a LATIN name because... WTF?

JP is supposedly the Psycho Power user so if he’s behind the plot against him it could be harder to prove his innocence due to possibly brainwashing that we know Psycho Power users can do. His initial relationship to Ken seems benign enough from the initial  frames. They seem to be talking to someone over a monitor or hologram.

Absolutely NOT, but obviously she came from the same common source, aka Shinji Hiramatsu's 1979 manga Mister Lady, as I already said once. Akiman is a fan of Hiramatsu's works, and reused many of his ideas. They even referenced that in her description, "An American girl, wearing the flag colours. She has freckles and is a basic American girl (lady?)"
Maybe I'll translate something in the coming days, but this month is going to be a working nightmare for me.
The first 30 seconds at least were ok, so I don't think they screwed up something.
