  1. Because you disagree with him. And he is clearly not a sheep, but the goat of alt <sic> time.
  2. Episode VIII Snoke was a Kathleen Kennedy insert. He was a literal metaphor. For sucking.
  3. Regardless of the above discussion, I think that any reasonable fan can agree that in the case of where the series snowballed into rapid decline... ...Lucas shat first.
  4. I mean, the very first time we see Force shenanigans... Luke is blindfolded parrying a laser bot. Even an untrained noob like Luke got it right Sex Panther of the time, on his first go. And the robot wasn't even alive to make that Force perk easy. Clearly a trained Sith ought to have known what was up.
  5. Maul should not have been taken by surprise. He was in the heat of a battle. And Force users... can sense opponents, life force, etc, et al. Star Wars got 2000s Marvel fast and loose with its canon, in the Prequels.
  6. Someone else please note this is exactly how Obi Wan Blind Fury-ed Maul.
  7. But that make no sense, unless Obi Wan could completely know where and when Anakin would be mid-air. The PERFECT counterpoint to this stupid scene, is when he kills Maul. Also, Anakin went straight in. No aerial footsies.
  8. But it isn't like they can't zig and zag, mid-air, as has been shown. And charging down-back makes far more sense for the one on the low-ground. It's a "Don't Jump" SF scenario for Obi Wan. For Anakin, it's more like "Old dude is in Unfly, wait for an opening". But all of that is rendered moot, in light of The Force completely defanging the concept of verticality.
  9. I was never Pro-Xbox, thanks to the RRoD, and then the whole Always-Online debacle. But Game-Pass isn't streaming, so I don't get the hate. It is basically a way better version of PS Plus.
  10. I never understood this within the context of the Prequel Trilogy. When you can Force-leap 30 stories straight up, there is no high groud.
  11. The ethical issue is that they have bought and paid for, and thoroughly corrupted the government, to where the government does their bidding, and passes laws accordingly. Which IS end-game Capitalism.
  12. The whole Depeche Mode "Somebody" thing doesn't really work for me. Fourth Wall Breaking never did. Might as well fart hellaciously at the end
  13. Or, as any decent Economics Professor (we have very few, in America), will call it: Unjust Profit.
  14. Yes, but as you say: The corporations will pocket the same amount. That's the problem. That is the ethical issue.
  15. "The Summer of 69" Last line: "Me and my baby, in... 69." That's Charles Dickens levels of naming a character Charlie Bates, just to refer to him as Master Bates, levels of Twist.
  16. I dunno. "Me and my baby, in 69", is rather baller. No homo.
  17. @DoctaMario @Chadouken Circling back to Bryan Adams: One has to almost admire the sheer audacity it took to craft an entire song based around setting up a punchline ending.
  18. I want one in the Streets of Rage 4 engine, but noticeably more muted yet nuanced in its combo craziness. I loved the concept of Neon - basically RC DD, but I hated that the whole game was built around the dodge mechanic. I want impactful hit stun, dammit. Even the original arcade game had that.
  19. Well then. That changes things up quite a bit. I might just give it a go, after all.
